Article is devoted to work of a biopower boiler room in the Polish small town Frombork. In it it is said that for heating of coppers straw to which for a season needs about four thousand tons is used. Advantage of such fuel that it considerably reduces "greenhouse effect" and is cheaper some coal.

INSTEAD OF COAL – STRAW
In the Polish city of Frombork that in Pomor voyevodstvo, the fifth season works a biopower boiler room in capacity of 7 megawatts. Its fuel – straw to which needs for a season about four thousand tons. The enterprise carries out the role properly. The temperature of warmed-up water on an exit makes 180 degrees! To construct a boiler room, considerable means were necessary. Them brought together together: the state allocated subsidies, establishments, environmental protection and voyevodstvo fund helped.
Fuel grows on fields…
Before construction of this boiler room of the house in Fromborka were heated by coal. Now instead of ton of coal one and a half tons of straw are spent. If necessary coppers can be converted and on other type of fuel.
Favourably because this fuel biological and from it a minimum of harm of ecology. Straw is packed into the special bales briquettes which form is acceptable for the coppers established at the enterprise. Giving process (as well as all others) the mechanized.
With fuel there are no problems: it grow up on 100 hectares of the earth belonging to the enterprise. The grown-up cereals realize, and straw use on heating. Except cereals and forage crops, on fields the special power grass is grown up also, call it miskantus. It convenient to that productive and long-term.
Problems with ashes disappeared
Advantage of such heating enterprise also that it considerably reduces that "greenhouse effect", i.e. intensively works for protection of ecology. And is cheaper some coal. As to "productivity", with it problems aren’t present: even in droughty years here moisture suffices – lands and a boiler room are located on the marshland.

The enterprise has no problems with ashes utilization. When worked with coal, they were – it was necessary to take out 500 tons every year. From burning of biological fuel there are only three percent of ashes which is used quite rationally – it is taken out on those fields where carriers of future fuel – an arable land and a grass grow. Some kind of closed cycle turns out.
The future for … straw!
For cleaning grain the imeetsyasovremenny combine which collects raw materials and tyukuet in briquettes is powerful to 260 kgs. Is at the enterprise and a special tractor which brings up the prepared fuel, submits it to fire chambers.
Poles consider this direction very perspective as in the ecological plan it gives a lot of benefit. Earlier straw occasionally went on a forage to cattle, a thicket it simply burned. From it there was a direct loss (it, Poles speak , all the same, what to burn money), besides burning pollutes the atmosphere. Now straw gives big advantage.
