Crimean aspect
On February 5, 2007 Ukraine signed the protocol on accession to the World Trade Organization, having become a part of global economic space.
The accession to World Organization of Trade is one of priorities of the external economic policy of Ukraine and is considered as a system factor of development of national economy, liberalization of foreign trade, environment creation for attraction of foreign investments.
The nobility to act
Due to the occurred event the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea Nikolay Kolisnichenko addressed in the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine with the offer to carry out in the country information work on an explanation to the population of a question of legal, economic and organizational consequences of membership of Ukraine to the WTO.
"We don’t know, on what conditions made in Ukraine and to the Crimea production will be supported in the market after accession to WTO, production and what sale of production will be complicated, and what – will be received by the preferences, what state programs will be financed, and what – remain in yesterday. There comes a new stage in development of economy of Ukraine therefore I consider that it is very important to organize now information work, to carry out vseobuch – to prepare the Ukrainian population for minimizing possible organizational complications and most to use those benefits which membership in this dear international organization" gives us, – the Deputy Prime Minister of an autonomy considers.
