Development of alternative power sources stimulates decrease in dependence on fossil resources (coal, oil, gas) which internal stocks are limited. Oil stocks in the world remained for 40 years, natural gas – on 62, coal – on 224, nuclear fuel – for 40 years. These facts force world community to look for alternative power sources which replace fuel and will deduce the countries from power dependence. Therefore around the world energy saving technologies actively develop.
The wide experience of energy saving and power efficiency is saved up by city council of the district of Sefton in England. Before the district there was a purpose – to reach during the period from 2000 to 2010 of 30 % of economy of energy. Were for this purpose used, renewing power sources, warming of houses. To inhabitants applied to save energy, organized for children the lessons devoted to economy of the electric power and its alternative sources in specially created "What Center". In a year three thousand pupils attended such lectures. Annually here reduce energy consumption for 3 %, as a whole already reached an indicator a minus of 18,5 %.
The Crimea – the most perspective region of Ukraine in the development plan of renewables. It is possible to use wind power, solar heat, water. And to reduce consumption of energy it is possible at the expense of use of more economic and power effective equipment (the pump equipment, kitchen furnaces, industrial and household refrigerators, the boiler equipment, electric lamps, etc.) and replacements of traditional power sources alternative.
Participants of a seminar visited two hotels of. A pike perch where familiarized with use of alternative power sources. In one hotel 10 solar collectors which provide all year guests and the personnel with hot water are established. On the second object 32 collectors provide with hot water fifty people. During the summer period at the expense of solar energy water in the pool heats up, and in the winter – the hotel is heated.
In Feodosiya the Ekobud firm makes solar collectors demands on which arrives more and more. People start to realize that energy of the sun will manage much cheaper, and the equipment of all system will pay off approximately in four years. Thus continuous term of operation of collectors makes twenty years.
In the Crimea about 17 thousand sq.m of collectors (0,003 sq.m/persons) operate. In the long term demand for energy which is developed by heat power solar power plants, can make about 0,1 sq.m/people that there correspond 39 MWt of thermal energy.
The quantity of geliokollektor, to be exact their area, is defined, proceeding from a small amount of hot water. From one square meter of a geliokollektor during the summer period per day it is possible to receive from 80 to 120 liters of water with temperature of 45 degrees on Celsius.
Except solar, it is possible to use and wind power. In the Crimea five vetroelektrostantsiya with 520 vetroagregatami are established, the capacity of the majority from which makes 100 kW, and six vetroagregatov in capacity of 600 kW. Research establishments of Ukraine for development vetroenergetiki defined the most perspective regions of the Crimea – Tarkhankutsky and Kerch peninsulas.
Indisputable there is one – in an autonomy there is a huge potential of renewables, but they are meanwhile used insufficiently. The program of energy saving is actively realized in Evpatoria and if each city, the area, the settlement of our peninsula made at least a small contribution to development of power effective technologies, after a while we could impart experience with other regions and even the countries.
