Nsl to the father of the disabled child

In a material consultation on NSL is given: what NSL the father of the disabled child has the right and it needs to present what documents.

In a family two children – the 2003rd and 2004 year of birth. One of them – the disabled person, mother doesn’t work. The father has the right to what social privilege of them? It needs to present what documents?

The father of such children has the right according to Zakoyon No. 889 (further – the Law) to NSL application:

• raised (in 2007 – 300 UAH.) on the disabled child (subitem 6.1.2);

• usual (in 2007 – 200 UAH.) on itself (subitem 6.1.1).

That is all 500 UAH turn out. On the second child of NSL by the Law it is not provided.

For NSL application the sum added zarpla­ty the worker for reporting month shouldn’t pre­vyshat in the current year 740 UAH. (525 UAH. x 1,4 with a rounding off).

To apply raised NSL it is possible provided that the father of the disabled child will present to the enterprise, except the statement (the form is approved by the Order No. 461), documents *, provided subitems 2 of item 12 of the Order No. 2035.

Such NSL since a month of giving rabotniyoky the relevant documents and until the end of the year in which the child reaches 18 years (in case of death of the child – until the end of the year in which it happened) is provided.

1. The law No. 889 – the Law of Ukraine from 22.05.03 of No. 889-IV About a tax on the income of individuals.

2. The order No. 461 ~ the order GNAU from 30.09.03 of No. 461 About the statement of forms of statements and notices concerning receiving (application) of a tax social concession, and also an order of informing of taxpayers.
