Holiday before term

WHETHER the PERSONS HAVING THE RIGHT TO HOLIDAY of FULL DURATION FOR the FIRST YEAR of WORK BEFORE the EXPIRATION of ESTABLISHED 6 MONTHS of CONTINUOUS WORK AT the ENTERPRISE are DEFINED by the LEGISLATION?

By agreement of the parties annual holiday can be provided in the first year of work and to an isyotecheniye of 6 months. Duration of holiday in this case is estimated in proportion to otyorabotanny time. According to Art. 10 of the Law on holidays the right to holiday of full duration the first year of work prior to an isyotecheniye of 6 months have:

    women – before a maternity leave or after it;

    the women having of two and more children till 15 years or the disabled child;

    minors;

   the men which wives are in a maternity leave;

   disabled people;

   part-time workers;

   the workers combining work and training, etc.
