Some months in a row World Health Organization (VOOZ) warns about danger of epidemic of bird flu. It, as we know, first of all strikes poultry – hens, a weft and geese. However cases when this illness served as a cause of death of people are known. On the one hand, danger really exists, nevertheless while the virus yet isn’t transferred from the person to the person, to have conversation on a pandemic and million victims is premature, the head of the department of infectious diseases of National medical university of a name 0 considers. The extremely dangerous is also that the virus continues to extend quickly among birds, the probability of adaptation of a virus in human bodies and animals sharply increases.

Any chance of a transmission of infection from the person to the person meanwhile it is not established. However, scientists prophesy that such danger can shortly appear. In February, 2005 in Vietnam with bird flu the girl who looked after the sick brother fell ill. For today it is the uniform fixed case of a possible transmission of infection from the person to the person. However all this needs additional researches.
- It was necessary to read that these people lived in the remote rural districts where there is no official medicine, and therefore they used sorcerers. Whether the official medicine can help with such cases?

Adaptation of a virus of bird flu to a human body in the course of continuous contacts and mutations can become other possible mechanism. Scientists warn about one danger – the organism of a pig can become most possible "incubator" of such virus, from where after the next mutation it it will be easy to infect people and will be transferred from the person to the person. And happen it can at any time.
- Where the virus can remain?

- Nowadays many conversations are conducted about vaccination. Whether really it can become panacea?
- The United Nations and VOOZ already certain time develop the general programs of fight against bird flu. Hungary and Italy already reported about vaccine creation against the virus H5N1, but to speak about its efficiency still early. In many countries accumulate a vaccine against usual flu. It doesn’t rescue from the bird’s, but as if can facilitate its course. The most weighed the position of those countries which entered rigid quarantine actions stands out and achieve the maximum restriction of contacts of a house and wild bird, and also direct efforts to manufacturing of an effective vaccine against bird flu, actually, for birds. Nowadays danger to people from the virus H5N1 – minimum. Nevertheless, will last how many processes of adaptation of a virus to a human body – it is not known: can, year, and, can, and decade. However the understanding of danger and monitoring of a situation will allow to reduce negative consequences of bird flu considerably.
