In article it is told about carrying out board in Leninsk the area. On board the question of functioning of infrastructure of the agrarian market was considered. It was noted that in the area the Coordination Council which knows formation of infrastructure of the agrarian market is created.

The Lenin regional public administration carried out board on which the question of functioning of infrastructure of the agrarian market in the area was considered.
The deputy head of the Lenin district state administration V. Solovanyuk, the deputy head of RGA took part in work of board concerning the Agrarian Party of Russia A.Abdurakhmanov, the specialist of production department of management of agroindustrial development S. Gavriyash, the director of ATD "Petrovsky" N. Saltsin, the chairman Lenin RAJPO V. Litvinov, heads of agricultural enterprises, farmers, representatives of the serving and service enterprises of the area.
The report made S. Gavriyash. She noted that formation and functioning of the agrarian market means creation in each region of agrotrading houses, wholesale and retail shops, points of preparation of agricultural products, creation of agricultural serving cooperatives, the credit union, creation of system of valuable monitoring.
In the area the Coordination Council which knows formation of infrastructure of the agrarian market is created. He held already three meetings. The actions planned by it for formation and functioning of the agrarian market are finished to each agricultural producer, from each village council, farmers.
The following events are held:
- a scientific and practical seminar on creation and development of infrastructure of the agrarian market with participation of heads of agricultural enterprises, farmers, district consumer cooperations.
- the draft of the Regional development program, a rekostruktsiya and modernization of the markets of the Lenin area is approved.
- JSC Primorskoye plempredpriyatiye took part in the auction of breeding young growth of the agricultural animals who have taken place in NPO Elita of the Krasnogvardeysky area.
- on the basis of Lenin educational branch of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center collecting, processing, storage and distribution of price information is carried out. Practically each agricultural producer receives the Agromir newspaper shining the main aspects of agricultural activity, legislative base, the prices, market forecasts, etc.
- in 2002 SOOO the Petrovsky agrotrading house which is engaged in purchase of a selskokhozproduktsiya is created.
- The essence of programs on purchases is explained to grains in Goskomrezerv, to mortgaging operations in the grain market. Selokhozpredpriyaty of the area in 2005 grains in Goskomrezerv sold of 3596 t, including class wheat III – 2612 t, the IV class – 684 t.
At present the infrastructure of the agrarian market of the area consists from:
- three retail and trading food markets,
- regional procuring point and retail network RAJPO, engaged in purchase of agricultural products,
- five points on purchase of meat,
- forty two points on purchase of milk,
- six points of veterinary service,
- six firm shops,
- SOOO ATD "Petrovsky".
Agricultural producers take active part in exhibitions fairs and are awarded by diplomas of the Alushtinsky, Sudaksky, Feodosiysky and Kerch City Councils.
Now in the area 2 Dyurok states of emergency enterprises in the village are created. October and JSC YuVAS-AGRO-Holding in Voykovo’s village, in respect of which construction of a cattle-breeding complex on a vyrshchivaniye and pork processing.
Is planned to restore in the area the certificated lethal point, to create a platform on cattle realization.
For further functioning of the agrarian market it is necessary to create agricultural serving cooperative in the area.
With farmers of the area it is necessary to consider the problem on creation around the credit union.
