Kiev. On May 29. UNAAN. The cabinet council of Ukraine the resolution (No. 743 from May 25 of this year) created General state agricultural inspection (GDSI). The text of the relevant resolution is placed on the Governmental portal.
According to the document, GDSI it is created at the Ministry of an agrarian policy on the basis of liquidated the State inspectorate for control of quality of agricultural production and monitoring of the market and Public service from protection of the rights to grades of plants. Will head GDSI the chief.
The main objectives of the created body a certain control and supervision of quality of agricultural production, a condition of protection of the rights to grades of plants, protection and reproduction of water live resources and fishery regulation, safety of a morekhodstvo of fleet of fishery, a technical condition of cars and equipment, safety of work, and also implementation of radiological control in agrarian sector of economy.
Besides, function of coordination of activity of control supervising authorities is assigned to GDSI in the sphere of protection of plants, seed farmings and rozsadnictva, breeding matter in animal husbandry.
According to the resolution, it is entrusted to Minagropolitiki to liquidate the State inspectorate for quality control of agricultural production and monitoring of the market and Public service for protection of the rights to grades of plants. Besides, Minagropolitiki in two-month term is charged to develop the draft of the provision GDS_ and its tax on Ministry consideration.
