Minagropolitiki and Ministries of Economics allowed inclusion of the certificated accredited commodity exchanges in the mechanism of the state price regulation in the organized agrarian market.
The ministry of an agrarian policy and Department of Economic Affairs of Ukraine allowed inclusion of the certificated accredited commodity exchanges in the mechanism of the state price regulation in the organized agrarian market, having allowed to carry out it operations with objects of the state price regulation. About it No. 177/123 from April 6, 2006 is told in Minagropolitika’s joint order and Ministry of Economics About certification of the accredited commodity exchanges.
The order approves the Order of certification of the accredited commodity exchanges for granting the right by it on implementation of operations with objects of the state price regulation, and also the structure of the commission on providing such certificates affirms. The deputy minister of an agrarian policy Natalia Pavlyuk is appointed the commission chairman, the vice-chairman - the first deputy chairman of Agrarian fund Alexander Kovylin. Into commission structure also entered: director of the department of economic strategy and development of the agrarian markets Minagropolitiki Anatoly Rozgon, director of the department of financial policy of Ministry of Economics Roman Zhukovsky, director of the Agrarian exchange Alexander Polynsky, director general of the Union of the agrarian exchanges of Ukraine Boris Berenstein and head of the legal department of Agrarian fund, secretary of the commission Sergey Pavluchenko. The order doesn’t provide increase in expenses from the state budget and promotes activization of the exchange commodity market.
As it was reported, in October the Cabinet council provided to Agrarian fund the right to carry out grain purchase at the accredited exchanges, without waiting creations of the Agrarian exchange.
