The ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine issued orders No. 145 and No. 147 from March 2, 2007 as which distribution of means of the grant for a livestock of animals is approved. Budgetary funds go on the grant to agricultural enterprises irrespective of an organizational and legal form and form of ownership.

No. 348 About the statement of the Order of use in 2007 of the means provided by the government budget on development of animal husbandry, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine issued orders No. 145 and No. 147 from March 2, 2007, with which utverzhdenoraspredeleniye of means of the special grant provided to agricultural enterprises for a livestock of cows of the meat direction of efficiency and for a livestock a telok which were bought in individual agricultural industries for replenishment of the main herd.
Budgetary funds go on the grant to agricultural enterprises irrespective of an organizational and legal form and form of ownership, and as to individuals (except agricultural enterprises which went out of business against which action on bankruptcy which stay at stage of elimination which have delayed more than half a year debt on payment of taxes, collecting (obligatory payments) to budgets and the state specialized funds is brought).
The special grant for a livestock of cows of the meat direction of efficiency is provided to agricultural enterprises which contained for January 1, 2007 of cows of meat breeds and types it is not less, than 20 heads at which an exit of calfs to 100 cows makes not less than 70 heads and daily average prirosty not less than 600 grams provided that all livestock of cattle of meat type is identified (further – the special grant for a livestock of cows).
The special grant for a livestock of cows is provided to agricultural enterprises for each cow of meat type of efficiency, imeyushhuyusyana on January 1 the current year (to breeding plants – to 1200 hryvnias, to breeding loud-speakers – to 610 hryvnias and to commodity farms – to 400 hryvnias).
For obtaining the special grant for a livestock of cows agricultural enterprises submit a necessary package of documents and vypiskuiz the Register of the animals, given-out GP Agency on identification and registration of animals which keeps this Register confirming identification and registration in accordance with the established procedure of all livestock of bulls, cows, young growth of all sexual and age groups.
The special grant for a livestock a telok, bought in individual agricultural industries from January 1 to November 30 the current year for replenishment of the main herd, is provided to agricultural enterprises which got them in individual agricultural industries for introduction in the main herd a telok, received from a uterine livestock identified not breeding productive animals in individual agricultural industries, by application of artificial insemination by sperm of manufacturing bulls or by natural pairing with the bulls allowed to use according to the Catalogue of bulls of dairy, dairy and meat and meat breeds, and as animals surely identified and included in the Register, at a rate of 3,3 hryvnias for kg of live weight.
For obtaining the special grant for a livestock a telok agricultural enterprises, except a necessary package of documents, also submit vypiskuiz the Register of the animals, given-out GP Agency on identification and registration of animals.
