The author provided the detailed analysis of results of work of agricultural enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the Autonomous republic Crimea for 2006.
The explanatory note to the draft of the Resolution
In 2006, in comparison with 2005, the output of products of agricultural industry in the comparable prices increased by 1,1 percent. The grain volume of production in 2006godu made 1,2 million t., that on 61,4 thousand t there is more than level of 2005.
Olive cultures in 2006 it is made more almost on 18 thousand t, than in 2005 (70 thousand t against 52,1 thousand t), including sunflower – on 10,3 thousand t (36,7 thousand t against 26,4 thousand t).
Production of potatoes increased on 20,9 thousand t and made 177,6 thousand t, vegetables – on 32,4 thousand t and made 157,7 thousand t.
Production of fruit and grapes in 2006, in comparison with 2005, was reduced and made, respectively, 35 thousand t and 45 thousand t. The main reason for decrease in volume of production in these branches was that in January, 2006 in the territory of the Crimea there were hard frosts (-29-310) with lasting more than 6 calendar days.
For formation of a crop winter grain in 2007g. in all categories of farms of the republic poseyano more than 461 thousand hectares of winter crops, including grain - 447,8 thousand hectares, or on 54 thousand hectares more than were poseyano on the crop’s eve of 2006.
Now shoots are received on all cultivated area. The condition of crops is estimated as good and satisfactory.
As of January 1, 2007 the livestock of productive cattle in all categories of farms made:
- cattle of-199,9 thousand goal. (+5,4 %), including cows – 92,8 thousand goal. (+2,0 %);
- pigs – 169,8 thousand goal. (+25,9 %);
- sheep and goats - 251,9 thousand goal. (+14,6 %);
- birds - 10,4 million goal. (+ 3,4 %).
Production of eggs in all categories of farms for 2006, in comparison with 2005, increased for 4,6 % and made 608,7 million pieces, production of meat - for 5,3 % and made 165,4 thousand t.
Production of milk was reduced by 3 % and made 336,5 thousand t.
Average nady milk on 1 cow in 2006 in all categories of farms reached 3698 kg that for 5,6 % more than in 2005g.
At the same time in animal husbandry the tendency of reduction of volume of production of milk (-3 %) isn’t overcome, the yaytsenoskost decreased by 3,4 %.
Problem question in animal husbandry there is a dairy cattle breeding. Following the results of 2006 production of milk in all categories of an economy decreased for 3 % or for 10,3 thousand t.
According to preliminary statistical data, in food and processing industry there was production drop in output in the comparable prices for 4,8 % in comparison with 2005g.
Reduction of volume of production in the comparable prices on a number of product names is allowed, including:
- alcoholic beverage products for 31,0 % in connection with financial and economic policy of owners of JSC Firm Viktan’s Union of LTD. which systematically and purposefully reduce output on the Crimean branch of a company (its specific weight in volume of production of alcoholic beverage production of the Autonomous Republic Crimea made in 2006 81,4 %);
- butter – for 12,5 %, cheese fresh not fermented – for 8,7 % because of the increased competition in domestic market of Ukraine because of closing of the market of Russia;
- bakery products – for 8,0 % because of development of a network of the small producers leading to decrease in volume of production at the large enterprises;
- soft drinks and mineral water – for 16,2 % because of idle time of capacities because of a partial defrosting of the equipment in connection with hard frosts in January – February, 2006.
At the same time in this branch in 2006, in comparison with 2005 the steady tendency of increase in production in natural expression on main types of food production remained. Meat volume of production (+9,9 %), sausage products (+37,6 %), products sour-milk (+2,2 %), milk processed liquid (+2,4 %), pasta (+5,5 %), grain (+64,1 %), wine grape (+9,6 %), champagne (in 1,7 times), cognac (+18,0 %), canned food fruit-and-vegetable (+ 4,0 %), forages for agricultural animals (+2,7 %) are increased.
Rate of a gain of production of baby food for the analyzed period made 34,3 %.
Production of confectionery was stabilized. At level of last year there was a production of a flour.
In 2006 in the Autonomous Republic Crimea it is processed on wine materials of 41 thousand tons of grapes that for 39 % below level of 2005 because of a crop shortage in connection with weather conditions. At the same time 2,8 million are developed gave. wine materials, including: the sparkling – 0.4 million gave (+14 %), table not fortified-1,1 million gave (+39 %), fortified – 1,2 million gave (+43 %), cognac – about 0,1 million gave (+3,6 %).
Work on repayment of debt on a salary, as a result of which debt in 2006g was actively conducted. decreased on 3419,5 thousand UAH. or for 20 %. However, in a number of areas the debt on a salary as of 01.01.2007 remained rather high. So, the debt on a salary in economically active enterprises of the Dzhankoysky area makes 841,9 thousand UAH.; Simferopol – 494,2 thousand UAH.; Soviet – 323 thousand UAH; Saksky – 259,9 thousand UAH.; Razdolnensky – 232,5 thousand UAH.; Kirov – 89,5 thousand UAH.; Belogorsky – 46 thousand UAH; Krasnogvardeysky – 32,6 thousand UAH.
Transfer of objects of the welfare sphere and intraeconomic meliorative networks to a municipal property isn’t finished in full. In 2006 from balances of agricultural enterprises of a municipal property 17 % of objects of education, cultures, health care and sports, 12 % of engineering networks and 18 % of housing stock are transferred only.
For 2006 agricultural producers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea acquired 673 units of equipment for the sum of 55,2 million UAH. From them tractors of 173 units, combine harvesters of 41 units, seeders of 56 units, plows of 20 units and other equipment of 383 units.
Calculation of tenants for lease contracts of the land lots, shares (shares), according to lease contracts of property of share fund of citizens for 2006 is made in the republic for 98,3 % and 98,0 % that above level of last year, respectively, for 2,3 % and 4,2 %.
