In AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX of the AREA – IMPROVEMENTS
At regular session of Krasnoperekopsky regional council deputies analysed a situation in agro-industrial complex of the area. The vice-chairman of the district state administration, specialists of management of agroindustrial development, management of a water management, management of veterinary medicine, state technical supervision, a gosseminspektsiya are invited to session. The deputy minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea A.Balabas took part in work of session.
In the report the vice-chairman of the district state administration V. Kovalenko presented the analysis of work of the district state administration on development of agro-industrial complex of the area. He noted that the situation nowadays improved. Winter grain on the crop’s eve of 2007 were poseyany on the area of 19051 hectares that more than last year on 5420 hectares. At crop formation all crops were fed up by nitric fertilizers and processed by herbicides. At the plan of 6830 hectares summer barley sowed 11032 hectares, the task and on fig. crops is carried out.
It was necessary to carry the corn now from the area of 28115 hectares. Collected 53600 t of grain.
Prepared now in the area for watering of 21114 hectares of irrigated lands, repaired hydraulic engineering constructions, cleared away channels, prepared dozhdevalny equipment. Watering of agricultural cultures was carried out on the area of 18009 hectares that on 5809 hectares more than in 2006.
Now in the first half of the year the volume of gross output of animal husbandry in the comparable prices of 2005 made 23,7 million UAH., that for 15 % more than during the corresponding period of last year. Farms of various forms of ownership made 8,2 thousand tons of milk, 1,8 thousand tons of the meat, about 6 mln.sht.yaitsa, nearly 40 t. wool. The number of cattle in comparison with the corresponding period of last year increased by 18 %, pigs – more, than for 20 %, sheep – almost on a quarter.
Cattle identification proceeds. About 90 % of agricultural animals are already identified.
By the beginning of the third decade of July on development of agricultural industry arrived from the Government budget of 1393,5 thousand UAH. These means in full are used.
Over two and a half million hryvnias are paid for rent of ground shares this year to lessors. As the percentage on 5 points is higher, than on the average on the republic.
The debt on a salary, Pension fund decreases.
At session the questions connected with zasypky of seeds of winter and summer crops on the crop’s eve of the next year, by a condition of meliorative lands in the territory of the area, with creating an enabling environment to agricultural producers in the organization of a face, processing and realization of the cattle which has been grown up on meat, summarizing of annual technical inspection of agricultural machinery were also considered.
In discussion of the questions submitted for session of regional council, the deputy of regional council, the chairman of the district state administration K.Trandafil took part. He thanked heads of agricultural enterprises, the rural heads, the deputies connected with agricultural production, for good results in cleaning early grain, stopped on problem questions of agro-industrial complex of the area.
The deputy minister of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea A.Balabas noted good preparation of speakers which in details took up discussed questions. It stopped on problems of increase of fertility of soils, developments of gardening and wine growing, processing industry.
