In this article it is reported about introduction in operation of information booth for pensioners.
Improvement of quality of service of pensioners
According to management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in. The pike perch of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, for improvement of quality of service of pensioners in all territorial administrations of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic Crimea is placed in operation information booth. It represents the computerized device with the special software and the touch screen for the simplified using.
By means of a booth, in the presence of the plastic certificate on the obligatory state social insurance, the Pension fund of Ukraine given out by bodies, or the pension certificate of a new sample, it is possible to receive the following information:
– data from the registration form of the insured person about a salary from which insurance fees, an experience for 2000 – 2007 are paid;
– list of the documents necessary for purpose (recalculation) of pension;
– to see personal pension business in electronic form (the size of pension, date of the last recalculation, a type of pension, a way of payment of pension, the general length of service, individual factors on an experience and a salary);
– data on phone numbers of "hot" lines and on schedules of reception by executives of territorial administration of the Pension fund of Ukraine in ARK and central office of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Kiev);
– to see information on establishments of authorized banks through which payment of pensions is carried out.
Information booth is established in each territorial administration of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic Crimea.
