The world is innovative by the nature: every instant he goes to the past and every instant gives rise to a new round of the present and the future. New generations of people, technologies, ecological, economic, sociocultural systems come to change by the left – such is great in the innovatsionnost a life and development rhythm.
Nobel prize winner Simon Kuznets entered into a scientific turn concept "epoch-making innovations" (1971). In the Nobel lecture it used this term for designation of revolutions which occur time in some centuries and considerably change the face of society. From time to time rising waves of epoch-making innovations – fruits of a science and innovative minds – will transform the person of society, changing civilizations and leadership of the countries, creating the base for increase of efficiency of reproduction and quality of life.
