Continuous control from the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous republic Crimea, regional managements of agroindustrial development of the district state administrations behind a condition of calculations of tenants for rent of the land lots, shares (shares), rent of property shares of citizens allowed to provide performance by tenants of contractual obligations 2007goda by calculation for a ground lease as of 01.01.08g. for 98,1 %, for property rent – for 100,0 % that above level of last year respectively for 0,8 % and 2,0 %.
At the sum of 91,8 million UAH., to subject payment for a ground lease, on account of calculation 33,6 % from them (30,2 million UAH) – in a monetary form that above level of last year for 8,8 % arrived 90,1mln.grn.
It is necessary to note that in seven areas: Belogorsky, Dzhankoysky, Kirovsk, Leninsk, Nizhnegorsky, and Black Sea calculation is made by Pervomaisk in full. In five areas: Krasnogvardeysky (99,2 %), Krasnoperekopsky (99,2 %), Razdolnensky (99,8 %), Saksky (99,2 %) and Simferopol (99,4 %) calculation at level above an average on the republic. An indicator of calculation for a ground lease below an average on the republic at tenants Bakhchsarai – 75,1 % and Soviet – 97,9 % of areas.
Default by tenants of the obligations in the sum of 1710,8 thousand UAH (1,9 %) is caused
– the reason of continuation of payments in 2008godu according to the signed contracts – 852,2 thousand UAH (1,0 %)
– on the farms which are not conducting economic activity – 260,0 thousand UAH (0,3 %)
– on the bankrupt enterprises – 284,5 thousand UAH (0,3 %)
– in the absence of lessors (left, died – successors didn’t issue inheritance etc.) – 189,6 thousand UAH (0,2 %)
– because of registration of prolongation of-124,5 thousand UAH (0,1 %).
For property rent according to conditions of contracts of 2007 tenants paid off with lessors in full. Thus on account of calculation arrived in a monetary form of 347,6 thousand UAH (43,2 %) that above level of last year for 6,9 %.
For the purpose of ensuring timely and complete calculation of tenants with lessors for a ground lease and property in 2008 the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea together with the district state administrations it will be continued:
– control of a condition of calculations;
– explanatory work among tenants about need of increase of the size of a rent, ensuring timely and complete calculation according to conditions of the concluded lease contracts of the earth and property, increase in structure of payments of calculations in a monetary form, rendering of services;
– explanatory work among the population concerning settlement of the ground and property relations, including through mass media, for the purpose of the operative solution of the questions arising at citizens during the rent relations.
