Having heard information of the minister of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea of Akimov P. I. about measures for a growth in volumes of production of early grain crops, rice, sunflower, vegetables and potatoes in 2009, the Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea notes the following.
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional public administrations in the Autonomous Republic Crimea carry out purposeful work on stabilization and increase in production of early grain crops, rice, sunflower, vegetables and potatoes.
According to the operative data, all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea in the current year collected 1780 thousand t. grains (in originally credited weight) that on 503 thousand t. it is more than level of last year. Productivity of grain crops made 29 c/hectares that on 5,5 c/hectares above level of last year.
In all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, according to the operative reporting, in the current year from the area of 12,2 thousand hectares 73,4 thousand t are collected. rice (originally credited weight).
As a whole on the republic production of rice in comparison with last year for 7,5 %, from them risoseyushchy farms Dzhankoysky – for 41 %, the Krasnoperekopsky area – for 5 %, the Razdolnensky area – for 8 % and the Soviet area – for 26 % is reduced.
Sunflower in 2008 it is made Z0 by one thousand t. in originally credited weight that on 12,4 thousand t. more than last year.

in the Autonomous Republic Crimea in 2008 on production of sunflower are executed by only agricultural producers of the Krasnoperekopsky area.
V2008 to year production of vegetables in all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea is expected in volume of 218,2 thousand t., potatoes – 196,4 thousand t., that respectively on 10,4 thousand t. and 11,8 thousand t. it is more than level of 2007.
At the same time didn’t carry out a task of the current year on crops, landing of vegetable cultures of all categories of an economy of the Bakhchsarai area – on 185 hectares, and potatoes – the Krasnoperekopsky area – on 151 hectares and Simferopol – on 143 hectares that reduced gross production of vegetable production and potatoes.
In the autumn of the current year the laying of a crop of winter grain crops for 2009 is carried out. According to operative data of regional managements of agroindustrial development, in all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea winter grain crops poseyany on the area of 581,6 thousand hectares that on 77,3 thousand hectares is more than level of last year.
The Bakhchsarai, Lenin, Razdolnensky and Saksky regional public administrations didn’t provide performance recommended by the resolution of Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea from October 07, 2008 of No. 523 About measures for expansion by all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea of cultivated areas of winter grain crops of a crop of 2009 volumes of sowing of winter crops.
For the purpose of increase in production in 2009 of early grain crops, rice, sunflower, vegetables and potatoes and increase of level of security of the population of the Autonomous Republic Crimea by agricultural production the Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea decides:
1. Information of the minister of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea of Akimov P. I. about measures for a growth in volumes of production of early grain crops, rice, sunflower, vegetables and potatoes in 2009 to take into consideration.
2. To recommend to regional public administrations to provide in the Autonomous Republic Crimea the organization:
– sowing of early summer grain crops of a crop of 2009 on all categories of farms on the area of 100 thousand hectares, according to the appendix 1 *;
- completion of preparation to sowing standards of seeds of early summer grain crops on all cultivated area, carrying out intereconomic, interdistrict exchanges by seeds till January 20, 2009, late summer cultures – till April 1, 2009;
– safeties of insurance funds of seeds before the completion of rewintering winter and crops of early summer grain crops;
– the work directed on expansion of cultivated areas and a growth in volumes of production maslosemyan of sunflower of a crop of 2009 on all categories of farms, according to the appendix 2 *;
– productions of vegetables and potatoes in all categories of farms of the Autonomous Republic Crimea in 2009 in volumes, according to the appendix 3 *;
– cultivation of krupyany cultures (millet, a buckwheat) on irrigated lands in repeated crops on the crop’s eve of 2009 on the area and in volumes, according to the appendix 4*.
3. To Rekomendovatdzhankoysky, Krasnoperekopsky, Nizhnegorsky, Razdolnensky, Soviet regional public administrations of the Autonomous Republic Crimea to develop actions for rice increase in production by all categories of farms in 2009 in volumes, according to the appendix 5*.
Till February 01, 2009 to present in the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea information on the accepted measures.
4. To republican committee of the Autonomous Republic Crimea on water economic construction and irrigated agriculture to provide timely preparation of highways and constructions of the North Crimean channel and uninterrupted water supply to rice farms of the republic according to the signed contracts and in volumes according to production requirements of cultivation of fig.
5. To the ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea:
5.1. To prepare recommendations on the care of crops and to formation of a crop of winter crops taking into account a developing condition of crops of winter crops and their rewintering.
5.2. To provide ezhedekadny monitoring of the prices for mineral fertilizers, means of protection of plants and informing of managements of agroindustrial development of regional public administrations of the Autonomous Republic Crimea.
6. To recommend to the State inspection of protection of plants of the Autonomous Republic Crimea to take necessary measures for ensuring control of a fytosanitory condition of crops of crops, development of diseases and wreckers.
