It is a question about developed by scientists of Ukraine of technology of a prigotavlivaniye of the fermented forages reducing prime cost of cattle-breeding production and increasing efficiency of animals.

Novelty

Ukraine – the grain state and a crop of 2008, more than 40 million tons grain, will reduce the prices for grain which will provide  food supply for 2008-2009.

Not to lose the price for grain, an exit one: to use grain as a part of forages for animals and to process them in meat – dairy production which will increase return in the grain price for farms in 3-4 times and will prevent grain sale at the low prices!

Scientists of Ukraine developed one of the best technologies of a prigotavlivaniye of the fermented forages – homogeneous fodder suspension (g.k.s) from a mix grain for otkorma pigs and cattle which exceeds world level and that is expedient at membership of Ukraine in the WTO as reduces product cost. The West quickly passes to feeding of animals by the fermented sterns as this technology gives decrease in product cost and increase in profit. Difference of our technology from the European is that the West prepares g.k.s. from a mix previously crushed grain, i.e. the concentrated balanced forages, receiving thus increase of results for 10-15 %.    200, 1000, 3000 kg/hours processing  the balanced grain mix are developed in Ukraine power economic kormoagregaty series AKGSM of "Mry", by capacity 100, i.e. the whole grain   in homogeneous fodder suspension, receive the fermented forage which gives indicators in 2 times above foreign analogs. Units unite in themselves 4 technological operations and carry out at the same time crushing grain, careful hashing, heating, delivery of a forage   under the pressure of 2-3 atm. one electric motor, which capacity below total capacity of units separately taken pooperatsionno in 1,5 times that provided economy of the electric power to 30÷40 with %.      The cavitational valve located on a hydromill regulates fermentative processes and  temperature g.k.s. All above-mentioned processes take place in the water environment which  gave the chance to exclude bulky cyclones on collecting a dust. A water ratio to a grain mix as 2:1 (peas, barley, corn, wheat, millet, oats, etc. grain). It is possible to consider as special achievement that the gap between millstones is easily regulated and provides an exit of any fraction as for feeding of pigs, and cattle (KRS), including KRS young growth. As showed research-and-production experiments, at the expense of a special design of units and an exit of the size of the fixed fraction best for feeding of animals, their digestive system, we receive highly effective forages which increase deduction in a body of animals of nitrogen – to 30 %, calcium – to 12 %, phosphorus – to 6,4 %, magnesium – to 4 % that provided a perevarimost of crude cellulose for 14,5 %, a crude protein for 12,3 %, and, unlike the dry concentrated forages received by means of ekstruder positively affected growth of live weight of animals and having bothered milk.

The best for feeding of pigs fraction – 0,5÷1,4 mm which provide kormoagregaty series AKGSM, 75÷80 with % from the general exit g.k.s., at a gap 0,7÷0,8 mm. For preparation g.k.s. for KRS and the calfs, the best fraction considered 0,8÷2 mm which provides a gap between millstones 1,0÷1,2 in mm.

On 01.11.2008g. units successfully work in 460 farms of Ukraine. Work kormoagregatov in farms and agricultural enterprises gave to series AKGSM of "Mry" such indicators:

a) on a dorashchivaniye also fatten pigs: - a daily average gain of live weight – 780-950 g;  economy of forages from standards - to 20 %; reduction of allocation of manure - to 40 %;    economy of energy resources - to 30 %; reduction otkorma animals to 100 kg of live weight – for 5,5÷5,8 months (240 kg of a grain mix in cost   to 200 UAH are necessary.);

preservation of sows and increase in farrows – at the expense of an early excommunication of pigs;  medical actions – at the expense of assimilation of an easy forage and fermentative processes in  a gastroenteric path of animals.

Result of above-mentioned processes – this decrease in prime cost of expenses to the 4th UAH. on 1 kg of a gain of live weight of animals and receiving additional profit to 50tys.grn. at fatten 100 heads to 100 kg.

b) on KRS young growth:

  Inclusion at a skarmlivaniye to the main diet of calfs of 30 % of a grain mix and its processing in g.k.s. at a water ratio to a grain mix 3:1, assisted growth of daily average additional weights of live weight to 850-950 g, or for 15-20 % above the standard that provided term reduction otkorma calfs at achievement of 500 kg of live weight by them for 20-30 days. Costs of 1 kg of a gain of live weight made 8,9-9,1 k.ed. Addition g.k.s. to the main sterns improved their flavoring qualities and eating, reduced costs of the main forages of 1 kg of a gain of live weight almost by 20 %. 

v) on dairy herd:

On optimum nutrients depends not only level and quality of milk, but also a state of health of cows. During the stall period for maintenance of appetite and improvement of process of digestion to the main sterns add to 30 % g.k.s. from a mix of the grain. At such sterns dairy productivity of cows during the stall period on 15÷20 was higher than % and reduced by 20 % postnatal complications. At a skarmlivaniye  to cows of a grain mix in a look g.k.s. with additives of a lysine and methionine assisted increase at 12 % of contents in fat milk, and also the content of linoleic acid raised thus that positively influences a condition of cows. The effect is received from addition of 30 % g.k.s. to the main sterns with buffer additives, raises level of RN of a hem which assists improvement of a perevarimost of a forage, increase of its consumption and more its fast evacuation from a hem. As a result of these processes raises nady and quality of milk improves, health of cows becomes stronger. Even watering of dry feeds in feeding troughs g.k.s. assists above-mentioned effects.

Result of application to 30 % g.k.s. to the main sterns gives decrease in prime cost of milk to 15-20 % and guarantees profitable managing.

And as conclusion: introduction in production kormoagregatov new generation of series AKGSM of "Mry" which prepare highly effective, on power value, homogeneous fodder suspensions (the fermented forage) from a mix grain, yield positive economic results at the maintenance of animals and are world level of modern animal husbandry.
