On November 12 in Kiev in the National Palace of arts "Ukraine" passed the festive event devoted to Day of workers of agricultural industry.
The delegation of representatives of agrarian sector of the Autonomous Republic Crimea took part in this action. As a part of delegation there were machine operators, wine-growers, heads and experts of an average link of agricultural enterprises, farms, the enterprises of wine growing and winemaking, local government bodies.
Before participants of a celebration with big and substantial speech the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko acted. He warmly congratulated all peasants and workers of an agrarian complex of the country on a professional holiday.
The President gave the most part of the performance to a current state of agrarian sector of national economy, critically estimated available shortcomings and defects on places and as a whole on branch. The special attention was given to a condition and development of the grain market of the state. It became clear that the grain yield collected in this year made 52 million tons and now the complex problem with realization of these record volumes of grain was formed.
In the country the grain market therefore it is necessary to develop the state purchases through national agrarian fund of Ukraine and its structure in regions very poorly functions.
The condition of animal husbandry of the country is carefully analysed, the attention is paid to its shortcomings and prospects.
With big enthusiasm delegation of the Crimean peasants, standing, welcomed rewarding by an award For merits the III degrees of the head of Vostok private enterprise of the Lenin region of Yury Vitalyevich Shevchenko. The award was handed over personally by the President of Ukraine.
The big festive concert for participants of a celebration took place.
