The sector of methodology of auditing work of the Ministry of an agrarian policy for 2006 carried out 103 checks, for total amount of 10,3 million
Specialists of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea carry out control of target and effective use of budgetary funds, safety of state-owned property.
In 2006 103 checks in agricultural enterprises for total amount of 10,3 million UAH are carried out. allocated from the Government budget of Ukraine and the budget of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, in 2007 15 checks for the sum of 3,8 million UAH are carried out.
Checks were carried out on the following state programs:
1. Financial support which is provided to agricultural producers for grown up by them both sold on a face and processing to subjects of an entrepreneurial activity who have own (rented) processing capacities, or hammered and processed in own (rented) processing shops young growth of cattle, pigs and hens broilers.
2. Selection in plant growing.
3. Selection in animal husbandry.
4. Financial support of production of plant growing by the grant.
5. The financial support directed on protection and rational use of lands.
6. Compensation of the expenses suffered on a bookmark and care of young long-term plantings.
At establishment of no-purpose or inefficient use of budgetary funds materials of checks go to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
As specialists of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea carry out work with departure on places for rendering of the practical help on the questions concerning safety of inventory items, an order of their write-off, settlement operations. Checks of performance of actions for prevention of mercenary infringement of inventory items at the enterprises, in the organizations are carried out, especially during harvesting, and ensuring its safety.
