On April 27, 2006 in SOOO Perekop’s Storm of Krasnoperekopeky of the area the scientific and practical seminar risovodov the Crimea took place. It was a question of carrying out a complex of works on crops and rice cultivation in 2006.
Heads, specialists of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of ARK, chiefs of regional managements of agroindustrial development, heads and the main agriculturists of risoseyushchy farms of the Crimea, scientists of the Southern branch of the Crimean agrotechnological university, scientists of institute of rice of the Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, representatives of commercial structures took part in work of a seminar.
At the beginning participants were acquainted by a part of a seminar with a condition of crops of winter grain crops, a rape, sunflower in SOOO Perekop’s Storm. Familiarized with a new design of schedulers, processing of a layer of a lucerne, introduction and seal of mineral fertilizers, and also fig. crops.
The plenary part of a scientific and practical seminar was opened by the minister of an agrarian policy of ARK of the Lake Rusetsky. It began the performance with a greeting and handed over Certificates of honor of the Verkhovna Rada of ARK for honest work to the director general of SOOO Perekop’s Storm to A.Aleksandrov and the managing director of an economy S. Rudenko. In the report the minister analysed work of risoseyushchy farms of the Crimea and noted a tendency to weakening of development of branch: if in 2005 about 11 thousand hectares, in 2006g were sowed by rice. it is planned to sow about 9 thousand hectares.
The doctor of agricultural sciences the professor of chair of soil science, land improvement and ecology of the Crimean agrotechnological university A.Titkov and the manager of department of technology of institute of rice Z.Voronyuk, told about features of preseeding processing of the soil and processing methods at fig. cultivation. On rational application of fertilizers at its crops the associate professor of the general and agronomical chemistry of the Crimean agrotechnological university M.E.Sychevsky stopped in the performance.
The director of institute of rice, the candidate of agricultural sciences V. Dudchenko directed attention to system of protection of crops of rice in present conditions.
And the deputy director of this institute the candidate of agricultural sciences R. Vozhegova characterized high-quality structure of this culture.
The manager of G. Sergeyev’s Krasnoperekopsky sortoispytatelny strong point told about work of a strong point, directed attention to a water supply problem on a sortouchastok.
The first deputy minister of an agrarian policy of ARK S. Pelagenko subjected to sharp criticism of KFH "Agris", for bad water supply on a sortouchastok. On explained that at such flooding of checks there can not be a speech about scientific test of grades.
Performances at a seminar of the director of SPK "Karkinitsky" of N. Klimchenko and the executive director of ChSP "Chernyshevsky" of the Razdolnensky area A.Kandakova were interesting. They with regret complained that in the Crimea there are no seed-growing farms, spoke about confusion in pricing at realization – a raw. It was offered risovodam to unite in Association and to defend interests of a risoseyaniye in the Crimea.
The vice-chairman of the Krasnoperekopsky district state administration V. Mikhaylov told about a condition of branch of a risoseyaniye in the Krasnoperekopsky area.
And the chairman of the Krasnoperekopsky district state administration paid attention of participants of a seminar that development of branch of a risoseyaniye is impossible without the secondary market where the price would be supervised and that current assets are necessary, to receive which it is possible under condition of sale of future crop through in advance prepared contracts on 50 % from its cost.
In seminar end the minister of an agrarian policy of ARK of the Lake Rusetsky thanked acting, urged to use the recommendations stated by his participants and to continue work on Association creation.
