According to the Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from 26.02.09 of No. 146 About a procedure Agrarian fund of purchases of the grain transferred in pledge for the issued budgetary loan within a mode of the state mortgaging purchases of grain it is authorized to Agrarian fund to carry out purchase of mortgaging grain at the average prices.
According to the Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from 18.02.09 of No. 96 About grain purchase in the state food reserve it is authorized to Agrarian fund to carry out purchase of a foodgrain of a crop of 2008 for formation of the state food reserve at the average prices.
According to the Resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from 16.05.07 of No. 736 About introduction of the state forward purchases of grain the Agrarian fund carries out purchase of a foodgrain of a crop of 2009 by the conclusion of forward exchange contracts at the minimum purchase prices.
