Article acquaints the reader with the main questions which rose on passed in the village of Roshchino of the Dzhankoysky area a seminar of the wine-grower. The seminar was carried out thanks to information support of the Project of agrarian marketing, in article the main aspects of development of the project are given in Ukraine.
The intensive winemaking from technical grades of grapes forced out in due time table grades from plantations. Already there are a lot of years in the markets and the grapes foreigner which does not have strongly located in shops of the Crimea neither taste, nor a smell, casting unnatural luster on the sun. But probably the situation starts to change for the better.
On August 10 the Crimean representation of the Project of agrarian marketing spent to the village of Roshchino of the Dzhankoysky area, in JSC Agro-Yukos day of a field: Cultivation of new table grades of grapes and the newest technologies of storage of fruit-and-vegetable production. This subject of a seminar and Day of a field caused a great interest not only in the Crimean farmers, the scientific organizations, but also their colleagues from different regions of Ukraine.
What to us grapes Turkish?
Participants of a seminar were welcomed by the director of JSC Agro-Yukos Nikolay Choropita. Let’s remind that association consists of farms of three farmers Nikolay Choropita, Sergey Ilyukhin and Yury Kalina. Thanks to information support of PAM and own enthusiasm for some years these wine-growers "rolled" more than 30 new grades of table grapes.
– At the beginning of August of this year practically all crop on packings was disassembled by supermarkets and individuals – Nikolay Choropita speaks. – Left a little specially for demonstration at a seminar.
By the way, participants of a seminar very vividly were interested in colourful packing of grapes, its capacity and cost. The solar berries which have been grown up in JSC Agro-Yukos pack into container of production of JSC Krymbumaga which maintains production transportation on a long distance and isn’t worse at all, for example, than the Turkish. And Turkish wine-growers are a good judge of the business, exporting 80 % of the production, and only 20 % leave for internal consumption.
Scales of development of table wine growing
The candidate of agricultural sciences of Agromarketing Information advice center Vladimir Yarmilka spoke about it. In the report he noted that 75 countries of the world are engaged in wine growing, in the world 7 million tons of grapes are annually made. The first places among the manufacturing countries are occupied by Turkey, Italy, France. 700 thousand tons of grapes are the share of a share of CIS countries. On the standards calculated in the USSR, the annual norm of consumption of table grapes made 8-10 kg. Now – hardly reaches 3(!) kg.
Before the Crimean wine-growers the huge segment of the market where as consumers act not only krymchane, but also health-resort visitors opens. While the European market is oversaturated also to wine-growers to occupy the niche in a "delicious" segment, it is necessary to fight for it tens years. In the Crimean market of a place should suffice all domestic producers of grapes. As on PAM calculation, profitability of table wine growing in 10 times exceeds field plant growing.
About business – success trends
The chief technologist from the Main Federation of Engineering associations of Poland Vladimir Kuzin began the performance non-trivially:
– Know, why at you at Russian and Ukrainians business often "burns through"? – he asked. – Yes because for work you take friends, members of the family and fools.
The human factor plays almost the most important role in success of business. In particular, and wine growing too. Well trained, qualified personnel is capable to deduce business on victorious boundaries. And to train them, according to V.Kuzina, it is possible at the neighbors – Poles. As we with them have long ago a natural cooperation, and now it is possible to use also support from European Union. Mentality with the Polish neighbors similar, in our countries occurred reorganization, only in Poland more intensive and on SWOT – to the analysis of the countries similar lines are found.
Besides a factor human, V.Kuzin pointed to emergency of introduction of innovations by means of which it is possible to win competitors. In JSC AGRO-Yukos try to keep up to date: saplings of grapes land in a covered gelioteplitsa, use V – a figurative lane and a drop irrigation.
Vladimir Kuzin and spoke about formation of a brand (trademark) of the Crimean grapes. The word "brand" (English brand) means to put, burn out a brand on something as, for example, farmers brand the animals. In this case it is necessary to direct marketing efforts of wine-growers on that the Crimean solar berries "burned" flavoring preferences of health-resort visitors. In order that in the future in one row with German beer, the Italian pizza and the Indian tea there were the Crimean grapes. But over it still it is necessary long and to work laboriously.

After a plenary part participants of a seminar visited JSC AGRO-Yukos vineyards. The main agriculturist of this enterprise Y.Kalin, the agriculturist on protection of plants S. Ilyukhin showed new grades and hybrid forms of selection of institute of wine growing and winemaking of Tairov, the All-Russia scientific research institute of wine growing and winemaking of Ya.I.Potapenko, OV Grape elite, in detail took up questions of an agrotechnology of grades. Their joint child – in a complex steady grades and Golben Nou’s hybrids, the Gift to Zaporozhye, the Talisman, Arcady. They are capable to make the worthy competition to import analogs.
Many farmers expressed desire to reorientate the farms on stabler and profitable business – cultivation of table grapes.
