Article delivers the report on a condition of irrigated agriculture in the Black Sea and Razdolnensky areas.
WATER CROP BASIS
The calendar summer already passed the equator and it is possible to bring some results of an irrigation season in 2007 in the territory of Razdolnensky and Black Sea areas in the conditions of an extreme drought.
With the plan of water use for this year is provided to water 13539 hectares of irrigated lands in Razdolnensky and 485 hectares in Black Sea areas. For July 16 implementation of the plan of waterings made 12101 hectare (89 %) in Razdolnensky and 355 hectares (73 %) in Black Sea areas (SPK "Krasnoyarsk").
For what reason not in polnomobeme the planned areas are watered? In the Razdolnensky area private agricultural enterprise "Chernyshevsky", having in using of 2286 hectares of irrigated lands on rice crop rotations, decided to refuse rice cultivation in the current year. On these lands the agricultural enterprise grows up wheat, barley and a lucerne. But if it is still possible to water a lucerne with a method of flooding of the areas at well planned surface of the earth special by equipment in the check, to water early grain crops without existence of dozhdevalny equipment (DDA-100, DDD-70) it is impossible without damage drawing for crops. Therefore from 2,5 thousand hectares of the earth planned to watering in ChSP "Chernyshevsky" it will be watered no more than 1 thousand hectares. As in SPK of. Lenin of the Razdolnensky area from planned 561 hectares of irrigated lands under "Frigates" didn’t water any hectare because of organizational and economic problems and absence of the competent experts, able to work with difficult shirokozakhvatny dozhdevalny technique. For the same reasons 130 hectares of lands of state of emergency "Ear" of the Black Sea area aren’t watered.
Other enterprises of the Razdolnensky area included in the plan of water use, actively are engaged in irrigated agriculture. To leaders in this direction, however, as well as in other branches of agricultural production, SPK "Karkinitsky", KFH "Grain-grower", SOOO "Field" belong. On the average, taking into account irrigation and bogarny lands, on 35 c/hectares of the early grain threshed in SPK "Karkinitsky", on 31,1 c/hectares in SPK "Field". And this with the fact that in May, June in the region didn’t drop out any productive rain.
In vegetable growing in the area generally personal country farms and small farmer, having in a property or in using the small land lots from 2nd to 50 hectares actively are engaged. In total in the area grow up vegetables on the area about 550 hectares. If in 2006 in the area mobile systems of a drop irrigation on the area of 22 hectares were developed, in the current year already on 106 hectares the drop irrigation for watering of vegetable and forage crops is used. Obvious progress in expansion of the areas under a drop irrigation is connected with their obvious profitability at operation and, the most important, with possibility of ensuring agricultural cultures moisture during necessary time and in unnecessary quantity.
Problem question there is an insufficient quantity of an investment agricultural enterprises of investments into irrigation restoration on systems with shirokozakhvatny equipment of watering "Frigate" and "Dnepr" in the southern part of the area. Here it is necessary for landowners to restore also irrigating systems, and new dozhdevalny equipment to acquire. This year actively developing enterprises started to lease the land lots on which on neskolku years crops, including on irrigated crop rotations weren’t grown up. Let’s hope that investors will find funds and for development of irrigated agriculture.
