The last five years from the Government budget of Ukraine funds for payment of grants for the grown-up young growth of cattle, pigs, hens broilers, ducklings, gooses, turkey-cocks are allocated.
In article examples speaks to the agricultural producer who has grown up a bull-calf or fattened kabanchik, how many it is lost money at sale of animals to secondhand dealers, without due paperwork on the grant.
GREW UP MEAT – RECEIVED the GRANT
For 5 years from the Government budget of Ukraine funds for payment of grants for the grown-up young growth of cattle, pigs, hens broilers, ducklings, gooses, turkey-cocks are allocated.
In 2006 the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 2, 2006 of No. 243 Questions of use of means of the government budget behind some budgetary programs in the sphere of agro-industrial complex provided the following financial supports in the size (for 1 kg of live weight): cattle young growth – 1 hryvnia of 40 kopeks; pigs (except for sows and male pigs) – 1 hryvnia of 5 kopeks; hens broilers, gooses, ducklings, turkey-cocks – 45 kopeks.
The live mass of one head is established:
cattle
– for legal entities – 390 kg
– for individuals – 300 kg
pigs
– for legal entities – 95-130kg
– for individuals – 95-200kg.
I want intelligibly, on an example to explain to each owner who has grown up a bull-calf or fattened kabanchik, how many it loses money, selling an animal the secondhand dealer and without legalizing papers on the grant.
At delivery of a bull-calf in weight of 300 kg to the secondhand dealer the owner receives 1500 UAH. (300×5). At delivery of the same bull-calf on processing enterprise or the certificated lethal point with the right of an extract of the receipt PK-2 the peasant will receive in addition 420 UAH. state grant (300 kg x 1,4 UAH. = 420 UAH.)
And here is how there are grants for grown up a kabanchik in live weight of 140 kg.
If from sales of the secondhand dealer the owner receives 812 UAH. (140 kg x 5,8 UAH. = 812 UAH.), that at delivery on processing enterprise (lethal point) – 959 UAH. (812 UAH. + 147 UAH. (140 kg x 1,05 UAH. = 147 UAH.).
Agricultural producers of all categories of farms will in addition gain 546 UAH for one bull-calf in weight of 390 kg. (390 kg x 1,4 UAH.).
For one kabanchik in weight of 115 kg the additional revenue will make 121 UAH. (115 kg x 1,05 UAH.).
What situation with use of subsidized means of this direction as a whole on the republic.
In 2006 to agricultural producers of an autonomy from the government budget of Ukraine for the young growth of cattle grown up and sold for processing, pigs, hens broilers 53,9 million UAH are allocated. From total amount the big share was received by agricultural producers Krasnogvardeysky – 32,2 million UAH. and Dzhankoysky areas – 20,4 million UAH. generally at the expense of economic activity of the SOOO enterprises Friendship of the people and JSC Druzhba narodov Nova.
Other areas of which share only 2,4 % are the share, don’t master the allocated funds and return in the government budget.
Following the results of 2006, not mastered in our republic there were 2,7 million UAH. also the limit is reduced: To the Simferopol area – on 1,17 million UAH.; Saksky – on 1,12 million UAH.; Lenin – on 1,11 million UAH.; Belogorsky – on 0,89 million UAH.; Nizhnegorsky – on 0,8 million UAH.

Thus, under condition of sale in 2006 of cattle of a subject of realization in number of 33 thousand tn. agricultural producers of the Crimea could receive in addition subsidized means of 13,2 million UAH. (9,5 thousand tn are actually sold. for the sum of 13,4 million UAH.).
Respectively at annual sale of pigs in live weight of 25,0 thousand tn. – the grant would make 26,25 million UAH., only 3,9 million UAH actually accustom., and 22,35 million UAH. remain not used.

The main objective of chairmen of regional administrations, veterinary service of areas most to involve the population in delivery of vysokokonditsionny young growth of cattle, pigs only on the certificated lethal points for complete use of subsidized means.
