On February 6-7 at Taurian National university of V.I.Vernadsky the second international forum took place: Mushroom industry. Eurointegration. Investments.
As the initiator of a forum the Association of griboproizvoditel of Ukraine which promotes development of specialization and cooperation of production, realization and processing of mushrooms, and also the solution of questions and the problems arising at griboproizvoditel acted.
Dug out and conducted a forum the president of Association V. Titkov.
With a salutatory word O.L.Rusetsky – the chairman of the Constant commission on the agrarian and land questions, to ecology and rational environmental management of AR Crimea acted. He focused attention gathered that in an autonomy only those pages survive – x. producers who could achieve attraction of investments into the business.
The expert in agrarian economy, policy and export of Germany V. Heinz covered a problem of the introduction of Ukraine in the WTO, procedure of export and an import of mushroom production (Germany wins first place in EU on consumption of mushrooms per capita – 3kg/people in a year). In his opinion, Ukraine has high potential at the accession to EU in a question of production of mushrooms as the most part of the European countries imports, instead of exports mushrooms.
To T.Ostashko was told about the project of Agency of the international development of the USA By reform in page branch – x.: improvement of legislative regulatory base of Ukraine development of agroindustrial sector of Ukraine in the conditions of the WTO, possibilities and risks.
The representative of the Polish Academy of agricultural industry N. Sakson made the report on influence of the introduction of Poland in the European Union on gribovodstvo development. Focused attention on annual strengthening and toughening of standards of quality, especially maximum-permissible concentration and residual amounts of pesticides in production.
The Italian firm of Viyerribi which makes cars and the equipment, are connected with production of mushrooms, the video data about mechanisms and processing lines for the whole range of operations was presented.
Besides, head of department of the organization of sales of products to small and medium business of the A.V Crimean republican branch JSB Ukrsotsbank. Information on crediting, the short-term and long-term credits, conditions and possibilities of their receiving was presented to Pronina.
The expert on phytopathology and biochemistry of Viskonsinsky university of the USA Ralf H. Kurtsman made the report on the American experience of cultivation, processing and oyster mushroom realization. Questions and features of cultivation of mushrooms, conditions of preparation and substratum pasteurization, and also protection of mushrooms against wreckers and diseases were taken up.
The head of laboratory of the Ukrainian institute of forages Vinnytsia made as Prokopenko’s H.p. the report on value of mushrooms as about the supplier of high-grade food protein. He reported that the Ukrainian mushroom production on aminokislotny structure and the content of protein is unique: the content of protein in recalculation on absolute solid makes 36-40 %. The speaker focused attention that, combining and changing a substratum, it is possible to change a ratio and amount of irreplaceable amino acids, thereby to improve quality and nutritional value of mushrooms.
At a forum there were representatives of various firms and the organizations who offered the services for the solution of questions of technology, the range and installation of the various equipment: a panel sandwich, refrigerating and freezing chambers, systems of moistening of air, system for the microclimate creation, new technologies of storage and transportation of mushroom production.
Besides, the questions concerning quality of mushrooms, a substratum and a mycelium were lifted and taken up, examples of successful creation of the large enterprises for production of mushroom production in Ukraine are given.
