On November 1-2 in Simferopol will pass a festival of sheep breeders of the azovo-Black Sea region of Ukraine Taurian fleeces. Will open a festival in a festive atmosphere the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea Nikolay Kolisnichenko. Within a festival will pass a scientific and practical seminar on a subject: The condition, prospects of development of sheep breeding of the azovo-Black Sea region, and also will take place display of the processing equipment applied in branch, and an exhibition fair of products from sheep breeding production.
In the second day of a festival, on November 2, will give a concert national ensembles. Competitions of sheepskins (karakulsky skins), art products from wool, a skin and fur, and also competition of cooks and culinary products from sheep meat and milk will be held. By the way, all wishing at a festival can acquire sheep breeding production at the prices of producers. Upon termination of rewarding of winners of competitions and solemn closing of a festival will take place.
On October 23 in a conference hall of the Crimean ethnographic museum press conference on a subject Presentation of a festival of sheep breeders Taurian fleeces-2008, organized by All Ukraine public organization Association of sheep breeders of Ukraine, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea, the Ministry of culture and AR Crimea arts, the Crimean regional government The scientific and methodical center of culture, art and national creativity took place.
Representatives of mass media of AR Crimea, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of an autonomy, association of the Crimean-Tatar artists were invited to conference.
Participation in work of conference was accepted by the deputy minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea V.L.Tyshkevich.
The chairman of the board of Association of sheep breeders and kozovodov Ukraine V. V. Ananyev conducted conference.
Opening conference, V.L.Tyshkevich noticed that sheep breeding - ancient branch of agricultural industry – unfortunately, nowadays at us in the Crimea forgotten. Quarter of the century back in the Crimean steppes flocks of tsigaysky breed of sheep by a total number to one and a half million heads were grazed. Nowadays there were from this numbers only 350 thousand heads, and 300 thousand contain in individual country farms.
But in recent years the tendency to branch revival was outlined. For this purpose the Council of ministers of the Autonomous republic Crimea also initiated a festival Taurian fleeces. The Crimean government supported the program of revival of sheep breeding, its profitability.
The state gives to sheep breeders financial support. Are allocated from the government budget of the grant for safety of a livestock, for a gain of the one-year-old it is bright, for a livestock gain. It is predicted next year these grants to keep, and, whenever possible, to increase.
Motive power of development of branch should become and festivals, scientific and practical conferences.
Special attention the acting gave our to four Crimean sheep-breeding plemzavodam, after all that breeding kernel which they have, should give high-quality replenishment in flocks of individual farms where breed of animals leaves much to be desired.
- Crimean investors are necessary to sheep breeding – emphasized acting – without investments will revive branch very difficult.
This time at conference widely early discussed meat direction of branch faded into the background. If speech also went about it, not about production of mutton as that, and about yagnyatine – this dietary product which is not containing cholesterol, using huge demand in all Europe.
Goat milk, sheep cheese and other cheeses which of it prepare, wool, sheepskins, carpets and other products, here that already is now capable to give big profits.
But to make these products, it is necessary to mechanize small-scale production. The Ukrainian institute of mechanization of animal husbandry in reply to such requirement developed the special equipment for farms of small forms. In this regard participants of conference brought up the questions concerning use of capacities and re-equipment of the Bakhchsarai wool-spinning factory that will give the chance to receive washed wool, to manufacture sheepskins.
The representative of association of the Crimean-Tatar artists the national artist of Ukraine Mamut Churla directed attention of participants of conference to revival of such folk art demanded nowadays, as a kovrotkachestvo. Prayful rugs, carpets-kilymy – these creations of hands of skillful skilled workers are widely applicable and are in great demand as souvenirs.
But where to find now such skilled workers capable not only loops to knit, and to weave on a carpet a graceful traditional national pattern, in national style to execute an ornament?
Search way only one – to learn. To learn not simply carpet loops to knit, learn to create carpet masterpieces, creatively applying national traditions.
Our KGA UKTs has still brief experience of training of kovrovshchitsa, now it was a question of improvement of process of training on the basis of professionalism and creativity.
