Information concerns carrying out a seminar – meeting on ensuring safe activity of the population in the Sudaksky region of ARK.
Carrying out an order of the first deputy the Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Crimea E.A. Glivakovsky about providing the organization and control of execution of decisions of Bureau of Republican council on questions of safe activity of the population, the executive committee of Sudaksky city council carried out a seminar meeting with participation of public officials, specialists of engineering services, in labor protection of agricultural enterprises of the region, regional council on safe activity, the chief of Sudaksky inspection of state technical supervision.
In the Veselovsky enterprises, GP "Sea", GP "Pike perch", was carried out by JSC Solnechnaya Dolina technical inspection of all equipment registered in inspection of GTN. All tractor equipment is provided with elektrostarterny starts of engines from a cabin.
The problem enterprise in the territory of the Sudaksky region is JSC Agrofirm Grushevskaya. More than four years this enterprise actually doesn’t conduct any activity, is the big debtor on salary payment. Since January 1, 2007 the enterprise is transferred to economically inactive enterprises. By the carried-out checks it is established that at the agricultural machinery enterprise actually isn’t available. At the same time in inspection of the state technical supervision 25 units of equipment registered on this enterprise appear.
The Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People’s Deputies initiated the offer in ARK Council of ministers about assistance rendering on an exception of this enterprise of the reporting of inspection of the state technical supervision concerning safety and labor protection observance at agricultural machinery operation.
At this meeting to public officials of operating plants it is specified about need of ensuring control of a technical condition at departure agricultural works of tractors and other equipment.
The decision of Bureau of Republican council on safety issues of activity of the population is taken on continuous control.
