In this publication it is a question of activization of innovative activity in agroindustrial production. The innovations which advantages are led up to potential consumers quicker take root. For the purpose of ensuring development of agricultural industry on the basis of activization by scientists-agrarnikami by P.T.Sabluk, Accusative Sitnik and others proved modern scientific approaches to use of the earth, actions for prevention and reduction of negative influence of extreme weather conditions, application of achievements of biotechnology, strategy of development of meat animal husbandry of Ukraine.
Quite effective mechanism of stimulation of activization of innovative activity in the European countries is worthy: Great Britain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy. Japan has considerable experience of stimulation of innovative activity.

Characterizing activity of innovative activity in agroindustrial production, it is necessary to note that its urgency consists in distribution of the innovations which increase of efficiency advances world level. Such innovations should be considered as a factor of growth and improvement of productive forces, increase of labor productivity, economy of resources, and finally – as a basis of an intensification of production, ensuring competitiveness and profitability of production.
For the purpose of ensuring development of agricultural industry on the basis of innovative activization by scientists-agrarnikami by P.T.Sabluk, Accusative Sitnik, K.I.Yakuboyu, O. V. Krisalnym proved modern scientific approaches to use of the earth, actions for prevention and reduction of negative influence of extreme weather conditions on development of agricultural industry, features of formation of entomologichesky complexes in modern agrobiocenoses, application of achievements of biotechnology, strategy of development of meat animal husbandry of Ukraine in a context of national food security.
In the center of attention of agrarnik constantly there are problems of development of agroindustrial production for which decision concrete recommendations relatively minimization of cultivation of the soil are offered, to optimization of cultivated areas, selection in seed farming; feedings of agricultural animals, protection of a bird against infectious diseases, improvement of breeding work in animal husbandry, fight against tuberculosis of animals, animal husbandry and kormoproizvodstvo development; productions of meat and formation of the market of agricultural production, raw materials and food; creation and improvement of mobile power means, systems of agricultural cars, technologies and technicians; improvement of the economic relations, standard providing, technical service, labor protection and etc.
Scientific development received a practical embodiment in the base enterprise of Erastovsky research station of Institute of a grain farm (The center of scientific ensuring agroindustrial production of the Dnepropetrovsk area). Thanks to introduction of intensive technology of cultivation of winter wheat of a grade of Podolyank with elements of diagnostics of a condition of the crops, the balanced regulation of a water mode and fertility of soils and the integrated system of protection of crops from diseases and wreckers in 2005 it is collected on 91,4 c/hectares of grain, with level of profitability of 430 %.
In the base enterprise "Agrosvit" of the Center of scientific providing agro-industrial complex of Kiev region thanks to introduction of high technologies which are based on optimization of all factors of development of plants, in 2005 collected winter wheat on 78,1 c/hectares, spring wheat – 58,1, barley. – 48,1, a sugar beet – 420 c/hectares, level of profitability of plant growing – 95 %. Scientific providing animal husbandry in this enterprise gave the chance to receive on 7150 kg of milk from a cow, a daily additional weight of young growth of a big cattle – 778 g, a daily gain of pigs – 420 g and level of profitability of animal husbandry – 38 %.
