In this publication it is a question that the number of the countries which are concerned a state of affairs in the wine-making branch, steadily grows. Ukraine already transferred them to the legislative plane. Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading approved the project of amending the law About grapes and grape wine. In the law it is specified that grape wine materials the products of its primary processing intended for production of wines and other wine-making production admit.
According to new rules it is forbidden, in case of absence at the customer of permission of authorized central body, manufacturing of labels for bottles and other elements of external registration of wines and cognacs of Ukraine.
The number of the countries which were seriously disturbed by a state of affairs in the wine-making branch, steadily grows. Russia, Moldova, Georgia, and now Ukraine, began to think not of quantity, and about quality of wine made in the country more and more. But if these processes still are in the first three countries at a stage of public discussion, Ukraine already transferred them to the legislative plane.
Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the first reading approved the project of amending the law About grapes and grape wine.
The first hearing concerning modification and additions to the law About grapes and grape wine passed successfully. The most part of the deputies presented in Rada – 289 of 450 – voted in favor of amendments.
According to them grape wine materials the products of its primary processing intended for production of wines and other wine-making production admit. The bill suggests to process grapes on wine materials, to process, make wines and cognacs of Ukraine in specially equipped rooms, to use which for other purposes it is forbidden. Also manufacturing, processing, endurance and storage of grape wine materials and wines in one room (except flood and expedition) with drinks fruit and berry, Vermouths and other flavored drinks is forbidden.
According to new rules it will be forbidden, in case of absence at the customer of permission of authorized central body, manufacturing of labels for bottles and other elements of external registration of wines and cognacs of Ukraine. As local experts note, adoption of the bill will allow to increase quality of the Ukrainian wine-making production and more effectively to fight against its counterfeit.
