Two problems of a question of development of agricultural industry were considered within one republican seminar meeting which on March 12 the current year was led by the deputy head of the Crimean government N. P. Kolisnichenko.
The question of purchase of young growth of cattle and pigs in farms and at the population for the subsequent dorashchivaniye and otkorma was discussed in SOOO Friendship of the people of the Krasnogvardeysky area, and positive experience of cultivation of rabbits was studied in the second half of day in JSC Restayl-plus of the Simferopol area.

The report About a situation in branch of animal husbandry of the Autonomous Republic Crimea and ways of its improvement was made by the minister of agropolic P.I.Akimov.
Addressing to participants of meeting it summed up work in branch for 2007, stopped on actual problems of its further development.
The volume of gross output of animal husbandry in comparison with 2006 increased by 110,7 %. In all categories of farms the livestock of all types of cattle and a bird increased. Production of milk increased by 3,6 %, meat – for 12,6 %, eggs – for 3,7 %, wool – for 18,9 %. Efficiency of animals raised. In particular, nady on a cow made 3758 kg that is more to level of last year on 60 kg.
As the minister noted, certain successes in animal husbandry promoted that the Autonomous Republic Crimea following the results of work for 2007 came out on top in agrarian sector among 24 areas of Ukraine (in 2006 was the fourth).
The potential of building of a livestock and growth of outputs of products proceeds and in the current year. So, for January-February growth of gross output of animal husbandry was made by 105,6 %.
With a view of stabilization and further growth of a livestock and gross production the Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea accepted a number of resolutions on key questions of development of branch: dairy cattle breeding, a svinovodstvo, sheep breeding, to creating an enabling environment for agricultural producers on a face and cattle processing. One of the major directions in work of heads and experts of a regional link and agricultural enterprises – the maximum use of the money allocated by the state.
With the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from March 1, 2007 of No. 348 About the statement of the Order of use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for development of animal husbandry are allocated means in seven directions.
In the direction for grown up and sold on slaughter and processing to subjects of managing who have own (rented) processing capacities, or hammered and processed in own (rented) processing shops young growth of cattle, pigs and the ptitsyavtonomny Republic of Crimea funds of 63581,2 thousand UAH are allocated., are used for 100,4 % that is more than level of 2006 for 18,4 %. 51380 heads of pigs, 32698 thousand heads of broilers that is more than level of 2006, respectively, for 26, 57 and 4,7 % were handed over on slaughter and processing by subjects of managing of 25683 heads of cattle.
At the same time, P.I.Akimov noted that reserves and possibilities on building of volumes animal husbandry production, to attraction of additional resources from the government budget of Ukraine are involved far not completely. Especially it concerns the direction according to grants for cattle young growth. It is known that the considerable part of young growth of cattle which is grown up by the population, goes on slaughter by low weight standards: 150 kg, 100 kg and even are less, instead of the minimum 390 kg for which are put an extra charge to the price at a rate of 1,9 UAH. for kg.
Huge meat resources, and with them and large sums of the budgetary grant are lost. Thus it is necessary to mean and that a covering of expenses for a dorashchivaniye and, especially, otkorm in one and a half-two time above, than at cultivation of calfs or young growth about 100 kg are powerful. According to the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine of Minagropolitika Ukrainy, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance can carry out following the results of six and nine months, and further necessarily, monthly redistribution of unused budgetary funds between regions of Ukraine.
SOOO Friendship of the people Krasnogvardeysky ra jona, is the subject of managing who has cattle-breeding rooms, powerful food supply, and also own processing capacities. The initiative of the ministry is reduced to as much as possible to use SOOO possibilities Friendship of the people on building of meat resources in the Crimea, to increase inflow of the budgetary grant. For this purpose it is necessary to involve that contingent of melkovesny cattle which the population through secondhand dealers realizes to sausage shops and in the market.
With a view of the solution of this new initiative it is necessary to create in each area points for accumulation of such young growth (parties till 50-60 the heads), with the subsequent realization of SOOO Friendship of the people. This work effectively to carry out through village, settlement councils, which should have necessary information, promote managing subjects.
To go on this way often voznikayemy problem of sale of young growth the population to which we are obliged to help compels also. On heels there come the enterprises of Odessa region which were becoming more active on similar purchases and began to take out cattle from our peninsula.

In this economy, by the way, one of the largest in Ukraine, more than 14 thousand hectares of the earth generally used under forage crops. Here 28 thousand heads of cattle, 24 thousand heads of pigs now contain. Daily on a face there are 96 heads of cattle and 200 pigs.
