In the publication the sizes of pensions with 1.01.2008g are given. to disabled veterans, and also the persons discharged from military service depending on a subsistence minimum for invalid category of citizens, Ukraine approved by the Law About the government budget of Ukraine for 2008 and about modification of some acts of Ukraine.
Recalculation of pensions by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine will be made on the basis of the documents being in pension affairs.
About the SIZES of PENSIONS of DISABLED VETERANS With 01
As the law of Ukraine About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2008 and about modification of some acts of Ukraine it is approved living at least for invalid category of citizens which will make from 01.01.08 470 UAH., from 01.04.07 – 481 UAH., from 01.07.08 – 482 UAH. from 01.10.07-498 UAH.
Thus, the amount of increases to pensions of the disabled veterans provided by the Law of Ukraine About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection, will make from 01.01.08:
to the disabled veteran of 1 group – 235 UAH. (470 x 50 %); to the disabled veteran of 2 groups – 188 UAH. (470 x 40 %); to the disabled veteran of 3 groups – 141 UAH. (470 x 30 %).
The amount of monthly payment of the target monetary assistance on accommodation to disabled veterans of Igruppy makes 70 UAH., III IIIgrupp – 50 UAH. (irrespective of the size of pensions and extra charges, increases, additional pension, the target monetary assistance and pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine).
The minimum sizes pensiyvoyennosluzhashchy involuntary service and to members of their families appointed according to the Law of Ukraine About provision of pensions of the persons discharged from military service and some other persons, taking into account the increases provided by the Law of Ukraine About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection and the target monetary assistance:
for disabled people from among soldiers and sailors of involuntary service since January 1, 2008 will make: to disabled veterans of 1 group – 1104 UAH. (taking into account the state public assistance on leaving);
to disabled veterans of 2 groups – 755,00 UAH.; to disabled veterans of 3 groups – 684,50 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 1 group – 517,00 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 2 groups of-493,50 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 3 groups – 470,00 UAH.
for disabled people from among corporals (the senior soldiers) and sergeants, the senior sailors and foremen:
– to disabled veterans of 1 group – 1160,40 UAH. (taking into account the state public assistance on leaving);
– to disabled veterans of 2 groups – 806,70 UAH.; to disabled veterans of 3 groups – 733,85 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 1 group – 568,7 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 2 groups – 542,85 UAH.;
– to disabled people of army of 3 groups – 517,00 UAH.
for disabled people from among ensigns and warrant officers of involuntary service:
– to disabled veterans of 1 group – 1216,80 UAH. (taking into account the state public assistance on leaving);
– to disabled veterans of 2 groups – 858,40 UAH.; to disabled veterans of 3 groups – 783,20 UAH.;
– to disabled people of army of 1 group – 620,4 UAH.;
– to disabled people of army of 2 groups of-592,20 UAH.; to disabled people of army of 3 groups – 564,00 UAH.
– on the occasion of loss of the supporter – 470,00 UAH.
The extent of the state public assistance according to the Law of Ukraine About the state public assistance to persons which have no right to pension, and to disabled people will be defined proceeding from a subsistence minimum for persons who lost work capacity, that is without application of level of providing a subsistence minimum. It gives the chance more than in 2,5 times to increase the extent of the state public assistance to persons who have no right to pension, and also to disabled people, and the extent of the state public assistance on leaving.
That is the public assistance on leaving to disabled people of 1 group of number of the military personnel and other persons by whom the disability pension is appointed according to the Law of Ukraine About provision of pensions of the persons dismissed from military service, and some other persons, is established from 01.01.08 at a rate of 235 UAH. (50 % from a subsistence minimum for persons who lost work capacity of 470 UAH.); from 01.04.08 – 240,50 UAH.; from 01.07.08 – 241 UAH.; from 01.10.08 – 249 UAH.
to disabled people of 2 groups of number of the military personnel and other persons by whom the disability pension is appointed according to the Law of Ukraine About provision of pensions of the persons dismissed from military service, and some other persons which are lonely and according to the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission need permanent extraneous care – from 01.01.08 at a rate of 117,5 UAH. (25 % from a subsistence minimum for persons who lost work capacity of 470 UAH.); from 01.04.08 – 120.25 UAH.; from 01.07.08 – 120,50 UAH.; from 01.10.08 – 124,50 UAH.
to disabled people of 3 groups of number of the military personnel and other persons by whom the disability pension is appointed according to the Law of Ukraine About provision of pensions of the persons dismissed from military service, and some other persons which are lonely and according to the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission need permanent extraneous care, to the persons belonging to disabled veterans according to Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine About the status of veterans of war, a guarantee of their social protection and receive pensions on age, on disability or for long service, to disabled people of 1 group, disabled people 11 and the 111th groups which are lonely and according to the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission need permanent extraneous care – from 01.01.08 at a rate of 70,50 UAH. (15 % from a subsistence minimum for persons who lost work capacity of 470 UAH.); from 01.04.08 – 72,15 UAH.; from 01.07.08 – 72,30 UAH.; from 01.10.08 – 74,70 UAH.
Recalculation of pensions by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine will be made on the basis of the documents being in pension affairs.
However the amount of payments can’t be less, than No. 1062 About increase of level of material security of some categories of citizens from 01.09.07 in case the monthly amount of pension payments (taking into account extra charges, increases, additional pensions, the target monetary assistance, the sums of indexation and other payments to the pensions, established by the legislation) doesn’t reach at disabled veterans of Igruppy of 100 percent, IIgruppy – 90 percent, IIIgruppy – 80 percent, at participants of operations – 70 percent of the size of a monthly average salary in Ukraine according to the State committee of statistics for 2006 is provided by the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine from 22.08.07, the monthly state address help to pension (grant) in the sum lacking till the specified sizes is provided to such persons.
Thus, the general size of pensions of IOV taking into account all extra charges and increases, without pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine, can’t be from 01.09.07 less:
– for 1 group – 1041,47 UAH.;
– for 2 groups – 937,32 UAH.;
– for 3 groups – 833,18 UAH.
Payment of pensions in the new sizes will be made in January, 2008.
The maximum size of pension (taking into account extra charges, increases, additional pension, the target monetary assistance, pension for special merits in front of Ukraine and other payments established by the legislation) can’t exceed twelve minimum sizes of pension on the age, provided by article 28 of the Law of Ukraine About obligatory state pension insurance, except the pensions estimated according to laws of Ukraine About prosecutor’s office, About the status of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the perpetual monetary maintenance estimated according to the Law of Ukraine About the status of judges, which size not mozhe! to exceed ten thousand hryvnias.
Thus, the general size of pensions taking into account extra charges and increases (except the pensions estimated according to Laws of Ukraine About prosecutor’s office, the perpetual monetary maintenance estimated according to the Law of Ukraine About the status of judges), can’t exceed:
since 01.01.2008 – 5640.00 UAH. (470,00 x 12);
since 01.04.2008 – 5772.00 UAH. (481,00 x 12);
since 01.07.2008 – 5784,00 UAH. (482,00 x 12);
since 01.10.2008 – 5976,00 UAH. (498,00 x 12).
