In a note value of timely carrying out maintenance and repair of milking machines is emphasized. Factors which can essentially influence health of an animal and quality of milk are given.

The temporary stop of cars in animal husbandry breaks all mode of a manufacturing line, and it influences physiological functions of animals, leads to decrease in efficiency. Therefore one of the major questions is continued support of farmer cars and the equipment in an efficient condition. It considerably belongs to the milking equipment which factor of readiness should be not less than 0,98. It can be reached thanks to timely and appropriate performance of a complex of works on maintenance (THAT) and to repair of milking machines.
In farms of Ukraine use in the majority of installation for milking of cows on a leash in stalls where milk about 96 % of cows. Only 4 % milk in milking halls on stanochny milking machines.
Leading enterprise in branch of production of the milking equipment in Ukraine is JSC Bratslav which product range includes the equipment for milking at different technologies of the maintenance of animals.
Base product of the enterprise are milking machines with molokoprovody "Bratslovchanka" which let out in options for service from 50 to 200 heads.
All operations daily and periodic THAT of milking machines are directed on performance of such main functions as providing a constant vacuum mode, timely identification and replacement of the worked and damaged details, ensuring sanitary purity of the equipment, ensuring operability of the main technical knots and details.
The greatest percent of time TO-1, TO-2 and TO-3 is spent for operation on ensuring sanitary purity of knots and details which directly contact to milk. For performance of these operations it is spent from 23,9 to 86,5 % of the general time. Duration of performance of these works depends on existence or absence molokoprovoda, lengths of the highway molokoprovoda, number of milking machines, molokopriyemnik, batchers of milk and dairy pumps.
Importance THAT is caused by many factors. So, for example, vacuum and metric pressure in operating time of milking machines should make 47±1 kPa. At violation of a vacuum mode there is an operation of details of the vacuum pump and falling off of milking machines that leads to a zasasyvaniye of mechanical impurity in system molokoprovoda. Planned replacements of rubber details of milking machines aren’t less important. Especially it concerns a milking elastic band.
Even small, imperceptible for an eye, changes of a form and decrease in elasticity of rubber can essentially influence health of an animal. As practice testifies, replacement of milking rubber four times a year is effective.
Lately the enterprises which buy milk, raised the requirements to bacterial pollution of a product. Despite a large number of factors which influence quality of milk, the main source of its bacterial obsemeneniye are mechanical impurity which get to milk during milking, and also a sanitary condition of milking and dairy systems.
During performance of operations of maintenance use the corresponding devices and adaptations. The qualified experts should carry out these responsible operations. Therefore for effective use of milking machines such system of technological service which would support the equipment in working condition should be created, provided with spare parts and materials throughout the entire period of operation.
