The device for washing of an udder of a cow before milking UPVK-50 which facilitates observance of sanitary and veterinary rules is offered, reduces a consumption of water, increases productivity.

The udder of a cow before milking agrees to the legislation of Ukraine existing veterinary sanitary and sanitary and veterinary rules for dairy farms it is necessary to examine, wash out attentively warm water (43 ± 2˚S) and to wipe a pure towel or an individual napkin. For an obmyvaniye of an udder of the following cow water in a bucket change on pure, previously having rinsed a bucket.
In practice these requirements are carried out not fully that leads to microbic pollution of milk and dairy products.
Existing technologies and technical adaptations of a podmyvaniye of an udder are imperfect and don’t promote improvement of conditions and labor productivity.
At institute of mechanization of animal husbandry installation is developed for a podmyvaniye of an udder of cows UPVK-50 which consists of a plastic tank on which the manual pump, a manometer and the valve for pressure dumping is fixed. The tank fastens two collars to a running gear from two wheels and the handle for an installation rolling. The system of a supply of water to an udder consists of a spiral underwater hose, the handle with the locking valve and cups with a cooking spray. Two pockets are attached to a tank: for storage pure and accumulation of the used napkins.
Pressing on the locking valve the exit of warm water which is sprayed by a bunch of streams opens and gets on an udder, and the milkmaid a free hand washes and massages it.
The most part of the fulfilled water collects in a bowl, and the laying and a floor in a stall remain dry.
Lack of dirty spots after a wipe reflects quality of a podmyvaniye of an udder in a napkin.
The consumption of water on a podmyvaniye installation of one cow makes – 0.2 l, on base technology – 1.2 l. Expected economic effect of installation use – 1730 hryvnias.
By results of the state reception tests the UPVK-50 installation is recommended for production.
