In article are summed up agricultural year. Information on the perspective enterprises of the area, a tendency of development of production is given.
RAZDOLNENCY BROUGHT FINANCIAL RESULTS of YEAR
On February 26, 2007 in a big hall of Razdolnensky regional public administration works of agro-industrial complex of the area in 2006 were summed up. The volume of production of gross output of agricultural industry in comparison with 2005 increased for 7,4 %, the profit made 6,5 million hryvnias.
The output of products in the comparable prices of 2000 is considerably increased. In 2006 in comparison with 2005 in KFH "Konovalov" – in 2,8 times (from 150 thousand UAH. to 424 thousand UAH.), in AF Canning combine – in 2,6 times (with 363 thousand UAH. to 964 thousand UAH.), in SOOO "Field" – in 2,1 times (with 3,5 million UAH. to 7,1 million UAH.), in ChSP "Karakash" – in 2 times (with 434 thousand UAH. to 866 thousand UAH.), in MChP "Altya" – for 40 % (from 1083 thousand UAH to 1522 thousand UAH.).
Reduced production: in KFH "Cake layer" – on 23 thousand UAH.; ChSP "Napri-Agro" – on 336 thousand UAH.; SPK of Lenin – on 215 thousand UAH.; ChSP "Chernyshevsky" – on 750 thousand UAH.
Production of grain increased by 17,5 thousand tons (for 30,8 %). In SOOO "Field" received it on 4,030 thousand tons more, SPK "Karkinitsky" – on 593 tons, KFH "Grain-grower" – on 540 tons. Considerably decreased (by 600,5 tons) production of grain in SPK of Lenin.
Production of olive cultures increased on 0,4 thousand tons, potatoes – on 1,3 thousand tons, vegetables – on 1000 tons.
Production of meat made 4,5 thousand tons (+18,4 % by 2005); 41 tons of meat are made in KFH Ziminsky bacon, 685 tons – in new private enterprise "Agrotem".
For 52,4 % it is more made wool (64,1 tons). The livestock of sheep is increased by 15,8 %; on 570 heads in JSC Slavnoye, on 112 heads – in SPK "Karkinitsky".
Despite reduction of a livestock of KRS, in particular, doyny herd, production of milk remained at level of 2005 and made 20,5 thousand tons.
Prime cost of 1 c of cattle-breeding production made, hryvnias
It is necessary to note that production of many types of production of plant growing costed to farms of big expenses, than in 2005. So, prime cost of 1 c of grain made 51,46 UAH., that on 5,19 UAH. it is more, 1 c of wheat – 8,92 UAH. (on 5,78 it is more), sunflower – 86,35 UAH. (on 14,94 UAH. it is more).
In 2006 as a whole on the area 6817 thousand UAH are received. profits and 5255 thousand UAH. a loss, purely financial the result made +1562 thousand UAH. With profit worked 6 farms: SPK "Razdolnensky" – 54,7 thousand UAH.; ChSP "Chernyshevsky" – 1830,2 thousand UAH.; SPK "Karkinitsky" – 3222,2 thousand UAH.; KFH "Grain-grower" – 1242,8 thousand UAH.; SPK "Andreevsky" – 50,1 thousand UAH.; SOOO "Field" – 417,2 thousand UAH.
To itself at a loss worked 7 agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises. Indicators in SPK to them Lenin considerably worsened. In 2006 losses made 289,9 thousand UAH. a loss (in 2005 in an economy 315,8 thousand UAH were received. profits). There are SPK losses the Soviet Homeland, SPK "Homeland", SPK "Dobrynsky", SPK "Baikal", SPK of Shevchenko.
As a whole on the area of the agrarian and industrial complex enterprise worked with profitability of 4,2 %. In ChSP "Chernyshevsky" it made 22,1 %, SPK "Karkinitsky" – 35,7 %, KFH "Grain-grower" – 36,5 %.
In 2006 of the agrarian and industrial complex enterprise put a good basis on future crop’s eve of winter grain crops. In total 29,8 thousand hectares, including on grain – 27,3 thousand hectares that on 8,1 thousand hectares are sowed. more than in 2006. Top dressing by nitric fertilizers of crops of winter crops will be carried out on 22,2 thousand hectares that on 8,2 thousand hectares there is more than level of 2006.
Farms of all forms of ownership paid a rent for property and ground shares, the debt on a salary on 544,8 thousand UAH or 70,1 % from total amount of debt on the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises is lowered by economically active enterprises.
As to transfer from balances of agricultural enterprises of objects of the welfare sphere, it is yet complete – 2,9 kilometers of water supply systems, 24,5 km of networks of a heat supply aren’t transferred 1905 sq.m. of dwelling stock.
85,5 % of intraeconomic meliorative systems are transferred in a municipal property of territorial bulks only.
Analyzing a situation in area agrarian and industrial complex, it is possible to note a tendency to increase in production, increase of productivity of agricultural cultures, efficiency of cattle, other operational performance. However energy carriers and other tovaromaterialny values considerably rose in price, and the prices for agricultural products remained at level of 2005. It also has an adverse effect on economic indicators.
