Concerning use of means of the government budget allocated for financial support of production of plant growing by dating

The ministry of an agrarian policy considered pis­mo concerning an explanation of the Order of use of means of the government budget allocated for financial support of production of a rayosteniyevodstvo by dating, the Ministry approved as a poyostanovleniye from 02.03.06 of No. 239O, and so­obshhaet.

By this resolution of Ministry it is provided predosyotavleny grants for 1 hectare of crops to only the selskokhozyayyostvenny enterprises (including a country (feryomersky), fishing and piscicultural economy) – to yuriyodichesky persons, a main type of activity kotoyory is cultivation and processing of selskokhoyozyaystvenny production, sales proceeds kotoyory makes not less than 50 percent of total amount of revenue (The law of Ukraine from 18.01.01 of No. 2238-III About stimulation of development of agricultural industry for 2001 – 2004).

Agricultural enterprises – legal entities, their isolated divisions, osushchestvlyayoyushchy agricultural activity, nezavisi­mo from submission, forms of ownership and a hozyaystvoyovaniye. As category they include state farms, other state enterprises, economic societies, cooperatives, the private, subsidiary selskoyokhozyaystvenny enterprises and farms (the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine from 02.08.05 of No. 225 About the statement of techniques of implementation of calculations of a proizyovodstvo [production] of plant growing in all kategoyoriya of farms).

The basis for obtaining the grant is the predyostavleniye on consideration of the corresponding komisyosiya of information on the form of a No. form of 7-sg (instead of report koyopiya) as of December 1, 2005. The representation fact (or not representations) the statistiyochesky reporting on f. 7-sg No. to bodies of gosudarstvenyony statistics isn’t defined as criterion for a poluyocheniye by the enterprises of the grant for hectare of crops of selyyoskokhozyaystvenny cultures.

Thus, registers on obtaining grants join only legal entities at whom the sales proceeds of agricultural production make not less than 50 percent of the obyoshchy sum of revenue.
