The comment to the letter of Executive management of Social insurance fund on temporary disability.
CERTIFICATES of ANY FORM OF TEMPORARY DISABILITY BECAME TEMPORARY PIECES OF PAPER
A little more than month passed from the date of emergence of the letter of Ministry of Health of Ukraine About an order of delivery and an oformyoleniye of the reference of any form about temporary disability as the Fund reacted to this letter. Let’s remind: in the letter the Ministry offered at absence in medical institution of leaves of a neyotrudosposobnost to issue to the recovered workers the certificate of temporary disability of a proizyovolny form (see Balans-Agro, 2006, No. 17, page 14).
The fund fairly saw discrepancy offered by Ministry of Health to article of the Law of Ukraine (see the kommenyotiruyemy letter).
And how to be with other standard of the same Law – Art. 29 item 1 where it is told, what to the insured persons garantiruÂetsya payment of material security at approach of insured event? Also what to do to the accountant in the presence of such any reference, instead of a leaf?
The answer in the letter: the reference to accept, but the grant not to pay yet – to wait from the worker of submission of the sick-list of the established sample, and to the worker, in turn, to demand it from a medical institution.
Unfortunately, lack of the correct paper can affect a state of health of workers who have just left after treatment not in the best way. But nevertheless both to it, and we should wait a little (we are sure) to permission of this situation.
