On the crop’s eve of 2009 in the Nizhnegorsky area it is necessary to sow summer cultures on the area of 14,3 thousand hectares. Winter occupy 47,5 thousand hectares.
Before the beginning of sowing works the regional meeting was held. The chairman of the Nizhnegorsky district state administration A.Sedin conducted it. At meeting were present the first deputy chairman of the district state administration on G. Rudenko’s agrarian and industrial complex, the head of department of agroindustrial development V. Onishchuk, invited also the deputy director of institute of agroindustrial production L.Radchenko, heads of agricultural enterprises of all forms of ownership, the main agriculturists, engineers of agricultural formations.
At meeting important questions of development of agricultural production in the conditions of financial crisis, the recommendation about high-quality structure of summer cultures and protection of crops of winter crops against wreckers and diseases were discussed, the question of expansion of the irrigated areas was brought up.
The chief of regional management of agroindustrial development V. Onishchuk analysed a condition of crops of winter crops in the area and put tasks which should be solved in the forthcoming sowing campaign. According to operative data of farms of the area, winter in a good condition on the square of 26,4 thousand hectares, at 20,9 thousand hectares – in satisfactory, weak and izrezhenny crops on the area of 0,2 thousand hectares. Plants stopped vegetation of 14.12.08 and went to winter in a satisfactory condition, but a little lagging behind in development. During hard frosts of a field were covered by snow cover in height of 7-12 cm that protected winter from a vymerzaniye. The soil froze through on depth to 18 see. The minimum temperature on a depth of knot of a kushcheniye of the winter fell to 5 degrees of a frost that above critical temperature of a vymerzaniye. Winter renewed vegetation of 26.01.09. A precipitation for winter months 68,8 mm dropped out. Now top dressing winter for 24 % of all area is carried out, on remained she will be led on a method Buznitsky. Preseeding cultivation is carried out on 2,8 thousand hectares or 54 % from total area. In the first days of February started sowing of summer cultures of FH "Sivash", FH "Victoria", FH "Owner".
Lyudmila Anatolyevna Radchenko in the performance analysed the situation which has developed in agro-industrial complex and in the grain market. Concerned questions of fertility of soils, problems of decrease in a humus in the soil, elimination of animal husbandry and a lack of organic fertilizers connected with it. It expressed concern concerning considerable decrease in the content of nitrogen in the soil, having noted importance of crop rotations and need of cultivation of the leguminous cultures raising the contents in the soil of this element.
The chief of regional inspectorate for protection of plants of I.Zlobin characterized a fytosanitory condition of crops winter grain in the area, considering a forecast of development of diseases in their vegetation in the current year, stopped on application of the recommended preparations in fight against diseases, recommended the most effective systems of protection of plants from weeds and the wreckers, adapted to the economic situation which has developed in agro-industrial complex.
