In article it is said that in Kirovsk the area laid a water supply system in extent of 7,5 km. Construction was carried out according to PROON’S PRIK program. Now inhabitants of many settlements of the area have an opportunity to water the kitchen gardens.

That hot day almost all inhabitants of the massif of Balabayevk in Vladislavovka of the Kirov area poured out on the street. After all start-up of irrigation water was planned for this day, till which this droughty spring plants and people so yearned. PROON’S PRIK program was carried out. In honor of this event activists of communities Our house, "Dawn" and "Hutorok" organized a holiday on Mira Street. Their pleasure was shared the chairman of regional council OK Gordeyev, rural by N. S. Lukyanenko’s head, the chairman of PRIK PROON around A.M.Ametova.
Many kind words this day were told to all those who took active part in the project. Inhabitants of streets Steppe, Pushkin, East, Cooperative, Near the station and Pushkin’s lanes, Olympic and the World suffered many years from bezvodya. Especially hard it was necessary in hot summer days when in their kitchen gardens everything "burned". Having learned about PROON’S PRIK Program, vladislavovets long didn’t deliberate and decided to defend the project Public irrigational system for house agricultural industry in Vladislavovka’s northern part at a regional forum. So, on April 8, 2005 there was a community Our house which was headed Zeya by Abilvaitovich Aliyev, and next day two more – "Hutorok" and "Dawn".
To tell that on a way to implementation of the project there was a set of problems and obstacles, means, to tell nothing. A lot of things was endured during this period by vladislavovets: were both the joyful moments, and sad. But people didn’t lower a hand and believed that irrigation water will come to their streets.
Extent of a water supply system – 7,5 kilometers. To save means, villagers dug trenches for pipes. For all grandmothers and grandfathers who on the initiative left with shovels for work showed an example. 28 thousand UAH were as a result saved. The chairman spoke about it ABOUT Our house Zeya Aliyev at meeting. He thanked all who patiently waited for water arrival, and those who approached it – philanthropists from Canada, the district state administration, for the contractor – the Butmontazhpolimer organization which head understood position and some months waited money, and pipes on streets brought in time. The invaluable help to community was rendered also by interdistrict management of a water management (head A.G.Dr).
Total amount of the project made 530 thousand hryvnias: a contribution of PRIK of PROON – 267 300 thousand hryvnias, communities – 228 thousand hryvnias.
Now 300 families daily receive technical water. It according to the solution of general meeting is submitted according to the schedule by four hours per weekdays and six – during week-end. Prime cost of one cube of water from 25 to 27 kopeks, in five months of watering a family pays about 35 hryvnias. Agree, presently it is small money. Inhabitants of many settlements agree to pay today and more if only there was a water for watering.
