CONCERNING INCLUSION of the APPLICANT
The letter of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine from 10.05.07 of No. 37-13-1-15/7237
On letters from 27.03.07 of No. 005 and from 02.04.07 of No. 006 concerning granting an explanation on voprosam supports of production of a rasteniyevodyostvo according to the Office resolution Miyonistrov Ukrainy from February 21, 2007 of No. 256 In 2007 of the means provided in state byudzhete for the state support of production of a proyoduktsiya of plant growing (further – the Order) Miniyosterstvo of an agrarian policy of Ukraine reports the sleyoduyushchy about the statement of the Order of use.
According to point 7 of the above-stated resolution only regional komissiyapo to results proverki makes the decision concerning inclusion (neyovklyucheniye) of the applicant in the register of the agricultural enterprises having the right to receiving byudzhetyony means.
Minagropolitiki Ukrainy, according to the competence, considers problemnyevoprosy the mechanism of the state support of production of plant growing and provides a razjyasyoneniye of recommendatory character.
As to a question of inclusion of the applicant in the register of agricultural enterprises on obtaining budgetary funds if all documents, predusyomotrenny are presented by Order point 6, the enterprise in full, but the spetsializiroyovanny accounting form of the primary account No. 118 The act of use of mineral, orgayonichesky and bacterial fertilizers, yadoximikatov and herbicides is presented with crossed out sections because the enterprise didn’t bring an udobreyoniya, referring to technology application on a vyrayoshchivaniye of non-polluting crop production, we inform that in selskokhozyayyostvenny production of Ukraine the term ekologicheski net crop production zakoyonodatelno isn’t defined.
The bill of Ukraine About an organic proizyovodstvo, registered in Ukyoraina’s Verkhovna Rada on April 5, 2007 at No. 3446, which naxoditsya on consideration in Committee on questions of an agrarian policy and the ground relations, opredelyaetsya the term organic production and raw materials (the section I, article 1).

In case of representation of the blank given form the enterprise has no right to inclusion in the register of agricultural enterprises on obtaining budgetary funds.
By point 6 of this Order it is defined, who has pravo to submit to the commission demand for receiving byudzhetyony means and the list of documents which are applied to it.
