Meeting in AR Crimea Council of ministers
On March 17, 2009 in AR Crimea Council of ministers at the initiative of the vice-chairman of Council of ministers N. P. Kolisnichenko the meeting of representatives of the Crimean mass media with the wine-grower from the village Heroic A.A.Vlasova’s Saksky region which after died her husband – wine-grower Mikhail Akimovich Vlasov known in the Crimea took place, charged the shoulders with all weight left it to it in inheritance of business and, overcoming foreign and own disbelief in the forces, achieved big successes in increase of fruitful force of the vineyard and pitomnikovodstvo development.
Opening a meeting, Nikolay Petrovitch explained the reason which has become the cause for such serious and important conversation. According to the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea, for 2008 as a whole on the republic vineyards are planted on 1153 hectares that makes 80 % of look-ahead volumes. Didn’t execute planned in the Bakhchsarai area (51 %) and in NPAO "Massandra" farms (24 %). This year is predicted to plant grapes on 1044 hectares.
N. P. Kolisnichenko emphasized need of strict implementation of the development program of the Crimean wine growing, having noticed thus that without grapes the Crimea – not the Crimea!
But before it is essential to get production of grapes moving forward, it is necessary to strengthen its base – a pitomnikovodstvo. During a time, when the basis of industrial nurseries is undermined promote it the small amateur nurseries developing on the basis of modern industrial technologies can. Their value is also that the people who are engaged in a private pitomnichestvo, as a rule, keen, are ready to chase novelties though all over the world. And many of them already have in the collections from hundred to two hundred new highly productive in a complex steady grades of grapes which can become further a high-quality basis for development of industrial wine growing. Yes, each of such nurseries in quantity loses former industrial, but together – they force!
As N. P. Kolisnichenko’s example called A.A.Vlasova’s nursery where, by the way, not seminars once were already held on selection of grades, as nursery collection, to development of container cultivation of saplings in a hothouse, to preparation of domestic wines from berries of in a complex steady grades of grapes.
Alexander Aleksandrovn, answering questions of journalists, began the story with difficulties which to it should be tested at the beginning of the vinogradarsky activity. The teacher, the former principal of the village Heroic the Saksky area, she, of course, was interested in a vineyard of the husband, but when most it was necessary to take hot to tears how here not to become despondent. Everything is it seems simple, but at the beginning it was impossible. To it – to the teacher, it was necessary to begin with an educational program. Gradually mastered technology of container cultivation of saplings in a hothouse, previously having reconstructed it, ordered placement of grades on a vineyard, threw out second-hand articles and unnecessary vegetation. Now its nursery – collection, calculated on tastes of many wine-growers. After all someone likes one, and to someone – another.
When lit up idea of introduction on the land lot of a drop irrigation, helped it with this N. P. Kolisnichenko, connected hydroland improvement institute. Now Vlasova’s vineyard is watered by "Droplet".
Nowadays the wine-grower from Heroic grows up at itself on a tridtsatigektarny site of 100 grades of grapes. Is interested in literature on wine growing, maintains relations with selectors, writes out their catalogs. As a result of its collection only for last year replenished with twenty more new grades. And in a hothouse it grows up now in containers of 2000 saplings which in May will be ready to realization. And it already has experience to order.
Titanic, it is possible to tell, work was done on a site: completely under new landings the earth was replaced: the old is cleaned, and new – the chernozem with humus.
Coming back to idea of creation of a collection vineyard, Alexander Aleksandrovn noticed that it was assured of correctness of the choice after at it inhabitants of Kiev – teachers of National university of a name Shevchenko visited and chose for itself not stunning novelties, and Anniversary-70 and Suruchensky.
Journalists the question as it is possible to extend experience of innovators of private wine growing quickly interested. Answering them, N. P. Kolisnichenko noticed that information is necessary, it is necessary to transfer experience through the press. Also it is necessary to go further. In the long term – mass cultivation of saplings, construction of refrigerators.
It was necessary to it to answer and quite controversial, delicate question: what it is better – kornesobstvenny or imparted grapes?
- My opinion – kornesobstvenny, and as to imparted, let will be defined by scientists. I will tell only, as it is necessary to grow up them at myself in the Crimea, instead of to buy in Italy, without knowing that.
Well, and as to quality of the wines prepared from berries of in a complex steady grades of grapes, … let they also concede quality branded dessert, but it is better, and the main thing don’t harm to human health, rather than powder.
