Well-known that expenses of work and means at cultivation of grapes are much higher, than in a grain farm. In this regard, the solution of questions of mechanization of works on the care of vineyards always actually and constantly is in a field of attention of designers and inventors.
In recent years the state enterprise expanded with PKTI "Plodmashproyekt" the nomenclature of the let-out equipment for work in gardens and vineyards. Today we represent two cars which have been successfully tested in work.
The car for stamping of vineyards allows to mechanize this work which in a type of considerable labor input and lack of working hands, in many farms isn’t carried out that reduces sugar content of grapes, ripening of an annual gain and, as a result, a limit of winter hardiness of bushes.
The car is hung ahead of the YuMZ-6 tractor or MTZ 80/82 that provides good visibility from a cabin. It is supplied with rotational knifes of bezpodporny cutting, simple on a design, having higher in comparison with kosilochny cutting devices reliability. The car has an independent adjustable hydraulic actuator. Knifes can be adjusted on simultaneous processing of two semi-ranks of a vineyard with width of row-spacings from 2,5 to 3,5 m. The car is served by one tractor operator.
To use the car expediently both for stamping of green escapes, and for the ripened rods before the obrezky. Thus access of an obrezchik to a bush and process of removal of rods from a lane is considerably facilitated time scraps of bushes is reduced.
The car for introduction of herbicides is intended for chemical fight against weeds in ranks and row-spacings of long-term plantings. Small dimensions and a convenient hinge plate on a tractor of the YuMZ-6 type or MTZ 80/82 provide normal working conditions of the machine operator and good maneuverability of the unit.
The car is supplied with a tank for solution of herbicides capacity of 600 l with the mesh jellied filter, the pump, the filter in the soaking-up highway of the pump and the distributor regulator providing adjustment of a consumption of working solution and individual inclusion in work of each of sections of sprays as required. Sections of sprays are covered with the guards preventing hit of herbicides on leaves of plants, can be regulated besstupenchato on arrangement height over the soil and on width of row-spacings established by the customer. The drive of the pump is carried out from VOM of the engine of a tractor via the telescopic driveshaft.
