On September 24, 2007 in Simferopol the international conference about a course of implementation of the Polish-Ukrainian project Problems of agricultural consultation within the balanced development of rural territories took place, for participation in which chairmen of the district state administrations, regional councils, village and settlement councils, educators, rural businessmen, specialists of service of agricultural consultation of AR Crimea, heads of farms and other categories of persons working in the sphere of agrarian and industrial complex were invited.
It already the third international conference within cooperation between Pomor Voyevodstvom Respubliki Polsha and the Autonomous Republic Crimea.
From the Polish party in conference the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and development of territories of the Republic Poland – the head of department of agricultural consultation, an agricultural education and a science Barbara Odrobinska, the president of agrarian chamber of Pomor Voyevodstva Zenon Bistram, the director of office took part in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation in Gdansk Antoni Gaydachuk, specialists of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation in Gdansk.
From the Crimean party the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea Nikolay Kolisnichenko, the deputy minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea Victor Tyshkevich, the director of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center Nikolay Nagaynik, the director of the Crimean institute of agroindustrial production Vladimir Pashtetsky, the head of department of the general secondary education of the Ministry of Education and Science of AR Crimea Vladimir Buyakevich took part in work of conference.
With a salutatory word to the gathered the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea Nikolay Kolisnichenko addressed. He noted that cooperation between the Republic Poland and AR Crimea promotes introduction of successful experience of the Polish colleagues in agricultural production of our republic. It expressed gratitude words to the Polish colleagues for their support and addressed to krymchanam more actively to work for the agrarian market.
Barbara Odrobinska in detail took up questions of training and retraining of specialists of the agricultural educational institutions prosecuting subjects of agricultural consultation in the Republic Poland. The budget allocates for these purposes annually 40 million euros.
The head of department of the general secondary education of the Ministry of Education and Science of AR Crimea Vladimir Buyakevich who has acted after Barbara Odrobinskoy, stopped on education problems at the AR Crimea rural schools and ways of their decision. He noted that now from 29 AR Crimea professional institutions 6 technical training colleges of an agricultural orientation function. In them about 20 % of listeners of technical training college of the Crimea are trained.
In the performance Antoni Gaydachuk paid attention present on five factors, influencing efficiency of agricultural consulting activity. Among them – ability to define and analyze a problem of agricultural producers and rural dwellers to predict these problems for the next 10-15 years. As material resources each adviser should have the personal computer with Internet access. The fifth and one of the most important factors is the corresponding financing of consulting service. Having concerned questions of agricultural production, Antoni Gaydachuk reported and about change of geography of suppliers of products in the agricultural market. So, in Poland there were Chinese tomatoes. And Brazil on rates of agricultural production in 4-5 times advances Poland, in 3 times Russia. Dynamics of growth of agricultural production in Russia at the expense of significant increase in capital investments in agrarian sector increases. In Europe there is no unnoticed a fact of growth of agricultural production and in Ukraine and its desires to return the lost positions. As a whole in Europe there is a problem of overproduction of agricultural products and in this regard need of increase of competitiveness at the expense of increase of its quality is created.

In total for years of cooperation of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center with department of Pomor center of agricultural consultation in Old Paul it is trained more 120slushatelejavtonomii: experts of agricultural consultation of educational advice center, representatives of local government bodies of AR Crimea, farmers, producers and pererabotchikiselkhozproduktsiya.

It expressed uverennostv that experience of Poland which this year was studied by participants of the Crimean delegation, will be used by representatives of self-government institutions for development of strategy of development of the areas and villages.
The hope is also expressed that the Government of Ukraine will find possibility of increase in financing of agricultural consulting service for ensuring necessary number of advisers and the corresponding material security.
Eva Shimanska – the chief specialist of office in Old Paul of Pomor center of agricultural consultation shared the experience in development of strategy, the program and the plan of updating of the village. It directly took part in carrying out competition Fine Pomor village and development of mission of the village. In the performance Eva Shimanska emphasized importance of a role of "leader" in development of rural territories.
The director of the Crimean institute of agroindustrial production Vladimir Pashtetsky told about a role of an agricultural science in formation of the Crimean village.
For practical implementation of commonwealth with Poland at level of areas Vladimirs Pashtetsky transferred to the head of the Polish delegation Antoni Gaydachuk the contract on cooperation with gminy Malbork.
For concentration of budgetary funds in one hands Vladimir Pashtetsky suggested to organize in the Crimea the Center of agricultural consultation on the basis of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center having a wide experience in this kind of activity.
Financial support of the state and the European Union in development of rural territories and businesses was a subject vystupleniyaprezidenta agrarian chamber of Pomor Voyevodstva Zenon Bistruma. Ukraine, as well as Poland, has big prospect on production of non-polluting agricultural products since in countries of Western Europe of the soil are strongly polluted owing to an intensification of agricultural production. Organic agriculture is more increasing involves consumers of ecological products. As to cooperation of Poland with the Crimea, Zenon Bistram emphasized need of activization of a question of export to Poland high-quality Crimean wines.

Present conference within visit of the Polish delegation gave a new impulse in the Crimean-Polish cooperation which is carried out in the atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
