Changes which are brought in the Order of use of means of the government budget, costs of difficult agricultural machinery of national production directed on partial compensation are published.

From February 27, 2008 of No. 109 the Cabinet council of Ukraine approved as the resolution changes which are brought in the Order of use of means of the government budget directed on partial compensation of cost of difficult agricultural machinery of national production from March 1, 2007 of No. 321.
The full text of the Order is published in the newspaper Agromir. Problems and decisions from April 3, 2007 of No. 13, the made changes it is given below.
CHANGES,
which are brought in the Order of use of means of the government budget, costs of difficult agricultural machinery of national production directed on partial compensation
1. To add the paragraph the first point 1 after the word "costs" with a word "new", and after the word "productions" – words ", bought in the current year,".
2. Point 2 to state in such edition: "2. Partial compensation is established at a rate of 30 percent of cost of difficult agricultural machinery of national production (further – equipment) without the value added tax sums according to the list defined by Interdepartmental advisory council concerning definition of priorities in production of new equipment and the equipment for agricultural producers. Partial compensation of cost of such equipment is provided to agricultural producers who bought combine and kormouborochny harvesters and tractors, according to the standard, are defined by Minagropolitiki".
3. In the paragraph the first point 3 and the paragraph of the fifth point of the 7th figure "2000" to replace with figures "2005".
4. To add the last paragraph of point 4 after a word "is provided" by words and figure "on equipment unit, on which the documents specified in point 6 are filed to the competitive commission (further – the commission)".
5. In the paragraph the first point 5: (to add the paragraph after a word of "services" with words "inspectorates of the State technical supervision and managements for fight against economic crime"; words "competitive" and "(further – the commission)" to exclude.
6. In point 6 to add: the subparagraph 4 after words "invoice", words "the consignment note on shipment of inventory items"; (point subparagraph 4-1 of such contents: "4-1) a copy of the certificate on equipment registration on which the state registration plates and the relevant registration documents in regional inspection of the state technical supervision" stand out;
the subparagraph 5 after a word it "was provided" by words "on equipment unit on which the documents specified in the real point are filed to the commission"; point paragraph of such contents:
"The agricultural producers who are carrying out economic activity on production of gross output of agricultural industry not in a place of their state registration, file the specified documents to the commissions on a place of implementation of activity.".
7. Point 8-1 to state in the following edition:
"8-1 Following the results of nine months of the current year and since October:
Minagropolitiki in coordination with the Ministry of Finance can carry out redistribution of unused budgetary funds between managers of budgetary funds in proportion to the requirement defined in offers of Council of ministers of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional and Sevastopol city the state administrations concerning reduction of volumes of budgetary funds in case of impossibility of their use or need of a growth in volumes within the general annual limit of allocations;
The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, head departments of agroindustrial development of the regional state administrations can carry out redistribution of limits of means between areas in proportion to the requirement defined in demands of agricultural producers.
