The draft of the order of Mines of AP about modification of the relevant orders is presented. Depreciation is offered by production of forms of passports of KRS and vetkartochek to them as documents which aren’t subject to the strict reporting.
Minagropolitiki initiates
The ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine initiates depreciation of carrying out identification and cattle registration by production of forms of passports of KRS and veterinary cards to them as documents which aren’t subject to the strict reporting.
About it it is told in the draft of the order of Minagropolitika About modification of Minagropolitika Ukrainy’s orders from September 17, 2003 of No. 342 and from December 2, 2003 of No. 426, published on an official site of the ministry.
Reduction of the cost of process of identification and cattle registration by production of forms of the passport of cattle and a veterinary card to it as documents which aren’t subject to the strict reporting and are produced without extents of protection - is told in the draft of the order.
In the explanatory note to the draft of the order it is noted that introduction of this measure will lead to decrease in expenses of owners of KRS on registration of identification documents which will decrease in proportion to depreciation of production of forms of the passport of KRS and a veterinary card to it.
Thus in the explanatory note specified that now cost of the form of the passport of KRS makes 5,10 hryvnias, and a veterinary card to it - 5,28 hryvnias.
By estimates of Minagropolitika, action of the present order in 2006-2007 will be widespread on owners over 7,1 million heads of KRS.
At this Minagropolitiki assumes that production of identification documents on usual paper can lead to decrease in responsibility of owners and specialists of institutions of veterinary medicine for safety of the KRS identification documents, and also to attempts of falsification of identification documents.
As it was reported, in April the number of cattle (KRS) increased by 3,4 %, or for 241,4 thousand heads, in comparison with March, having made for May 1 of 7 370,5 thousand heads.
