For a page drive – x. cars with the active working bodies located on the forward hinged device, on MTZ the forward shaft of selection of capacity (PVOM) is developed. The short description of its device and some requirements is provided at its operation.

On MTZ the forward shaft of selection of the capacities (PVOM), intended for a drive of agricultural cars with the active working bodies located on the forward hinged device is developed.
PVOM has an independent drive from a sock of a cranked shaft of a diesel engine with the direction of rotation of a shaft clockwise if to look at its end face, and provides frequency of rotation of a shaft of 1000 rpm at frequency of rotation of a diesel engine of 2100 rpm with realization of capacity of 60 kW.
Mass of PVOM – 82 kg.
The forward shaft of an obor of capacity is executed in the form of independent knot and represents a planetary reducer with the tape brakes, placed in one case with a cylindrical reducer. The tape brake of PVOM is most unified on knots and details with back shaft of selection of capacity of tractors
"Balarus-82".
The reducer of PVOM is established on an arm of a forward hinge plate and connected with a diesel engine pulley through a pro-rate and the driveshaft with a shlitsevy flange.
For work as forward VOM on the top cover of a reducer of PVOM it is necessary to turn the lever for turning on of the coupling of a drive of VOM being in a reducer, and to fix it a lock bolt.
For disconnection of a drive of PVOM from a tractor to transfer the lever to a starting position.
Management of PVOM is carried out by the hydrodistributor connected to delivery and drain highways of hydrosystem.
By means of pipelines the hydrocylinder of management is connected to the hydrodistributor by tape brakes.
In a cabin on the lateral panel there is a key and the button of inclusion and switching off of PVOM and an alarm lamp. In situation PVOM is switched off an alarm lamp doesn’t burn.
Inclusion and shutdown of PVOM make as follows:
– for inclusion of PVOM press bottom (near to the operator) a key half against the stop, then press the button and release it then the alarm lamp (yellow color will light up that points to PVOM inclusion);
– for switching off of PVOM press top (distant from the operator a half of keys, the alarm lamp will go out that points to PVOM switching off).
At an agregatirovaniye, before installation of the hinge of kardanny transfer on VOM shaft, a shaft and a pipe of telescopic connection of kardanny transfer grease the solidoly. Internal forks of hinges of a telescopic shaft should lie ears in one plane. It is necessary to be convinced of lack of an upiraniye of elements of telescopic connection of kardanny transfer at extreme positions of agricultural cars concerning a tractor. The minimum overlapping of a telescopic part of kardanny transfer should be not less than 110-120 mm. After installation of the driveshaft attach a casing of the driveshaft of the agricultural car. Then it is necessary to check operation of the car on the minimum and maximum frequencies of rotation of a cranked shaft of a diesel engine without loading.
At turns, and also car lifting in the PVOM transport situation it is necessary to switch off.
At work with PVOM carry out the following rules:
Watch serviceability and normal operation of safety devices of agricultural cars. Don’t work with faulty shaft of kardanny transfers. When moving from one field on another on considerable distances with hook-on cars kardanny transfer disconnect from a tractor. After a stop of the VOM tractor unit switch off only after the aggregated car completely will finish a running cycle. Don’t include PVOM at the working body lowered on the soil. At tractor movement car lowering with rotating working bodies is necessary for making smoothly. Not to include PVOM at change coal in one of hinges of kardanny transfer more than 0,6 it is glad (35 °). At work on firm soils use maintenance instructions of agricultural cars for soil processing.
