Yet warm days didn’t end, but it is already possible to bring some results of carrying out an irrigation season on irrigated lands of the Razdolnensky area in 2006. Their area in the Razdolnensky area according to the inventory makes 34712 hectares. For various reasons they use not at full capacity. Razdolnensky interdistrict management of a water management (further Razdolnensky MUVH) concluded with water users of various forms of ownership, including individuals, 29 contracts on services in water supply for an irrigation of crops. The actual watering on irrigated lands on the area made on 20.09.06 13098 hectares of the physical area (38 % from existence). It is a quite good indicator. The tendency of annual reduction of the irrigation areas is stopped: 2002 – 16836 hectares, 2003 – 16468 hectares, 2004 – 12819 hectares, 2005 – 11400 hectares, 2006 – 13098 hectares. And after all didn’t water because of the precipitation which has dropped out in May-June in comparison with last year in SPK of. Lenin (the watering plan – 790 hectares), state of emergency of "Nairi-Agro" (the watering plan – 346 hectares), KFH "Kotovsk", SPK "Razdolneneky" (on 70 hectares). But at the same time there were some new water users: KFH "Cake layer", "Mirnyi", "Kundenok", Ziminsky bacon, "Dobrynsky", JSC Konservny kombinat, JSC PZ "Nice". To 800 hectares individuals water.
1200 hectares of corn, 2200 hectares of long-term herbs, 620 hectares of sunflower, 180 hectares of a soya are watered around 3400 hectares of winter grain crops, 2040 hectares of summer barley. To 800 hectares on fields and collective kitchen gardens it was watered vegetables. 20-25 dozhdevalny cars at the same time worked at fields in the hottest days.
The irrigated season of this year passed without failures, emergency situations. Intereconomic and intraeconomic irrigating systems, thanks to work of workers of Razdolnensky MUVH, the water users enterprises, fulfilled reliably, though to many systems for 30-35 years. On the area to 10 thousand hectares irrigating systems already physically and morally became outdated, carrying out their reconstruction is required. However without the aid of the state water users aren’t ready to invest huge money in construction of new systems yet. A deterrent are also dissociation of irrigated lands on shares, not long-term the lease contract of lands.
Water supply while is stopped for today. In total on fields of land users 109,6 million cubic meter of dneprovsky water are submitted. It on 2 million cubic meter more than in 2005. And after all still some land users plan to make vskhodovyzyvayushchy and vlagozaryadkovy waterings on 1500 hectares of the areas who will be sowed by winter crops. While only SOOO "Field" started to make a vlagozaryadka of the lands occupied with a winter rape.
From September 1st to September 11th water on flooding of rice checks producers of fig. gradually stopped to take. It is SPK "Karkinitsky", KFH "Grain-grower", SOOO "Field", ChSP "Chernyshevsky". Now there is a process of ripening of rice and cleaning of its early grades begins. The total area to cleaning in the area makes 2996 hectares. The quite good crop and gross collecting rice to 15 thousand tons is expected. On 40-50 centners from hectare received wheat and barley from the watered hectare in the above-mentioned enterprises, being leaders of agricultural production of the area.
The system of the state support of irrigated agriculture changed in the current year. Agricultural enterprises of the area received 240 thousand hryvnias from the budget of Ukraine. This sum made 50 % from the grant promised by the state at a rate of 53 hryvnias on each watered hectare. We hope that in the state budget will dig up resources and on payment of the second half of the promised sum. Supported in September of water users and the republican budget. At a rate of 100 % cost of the electric power spent for water supply for a fields through pump stations in August is compensated to water users. In total sum of compensations made 136 thousand hryvnias.
Analyzing a course of waterings this year, a technical condition of intraeconomic systems of irrigating systems in the area, possibility and plans of the land users who are engaged in irrigated agriculture, it is possible to draw a conclusion that the plan of waterings of irrigated lands for 2007 in number of 13,6 thousand hectares is quite feasible. With the maximum support of peasants from the state of the area of the watered lands, volumes of agricultural production grown up on an irrigation can be and more planned. But without increase in the irrigated areas against performance of a full complex of agrotechnical actions of essential increase in gross production it is impossible to reach.
