In the capital of the Crimean autonomy the International scientific and practical conference Increase of power efficiency of a social production at the expense of energy saving actions and renewables took place. Organizers of conference the Council of ministers of AR Crimea and a number of the ministries of the Crimean autonomy, in particular – Department of Economic Affairs, the ministry of industrial policy, the ministry of transport, communication and fuel and energy complex, the ministry of architecture and construction policy, the Ministry of Education and Science, and also the Simferopol central design and technological bureau (CPKTB), as state of emergency the PRO-EXPO acted. Heads of republican establishments and departments, industrial and agricultural enterprises of AR Crimea, representatives of scientific institutions, and also the interested experts took part in work of conference from abroad.
With an opening speech to the gathered the First Deputy Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Crimea Aziz Abdullaev who emphasized addressed that, in connection with high power consumption of the most part of the Crimean productions, introduction of energy saving technologies is an actual and extremely important problem. So, he noted, to the Crimea 0,8 g of energy are spent for 1 g of made production that four times exceeds similar indicators on productions of developed countries.
Concerning use of nontraditional sources of energy, A.Abdullaev reported that the number of proposals of investors on construction in the Crimea of vetroelektrostantsiya recently increased. Now the Council of ministers of AR Crimea considers some construction projects of such stations in Black Sea and Leninsk regions of an autonomy.
Active carrying out policy of energy saving at all levels of the executive authority, stimulation of innovative and investment activity in this sphere stabilization of a social and economic situation in the Crimea will promote in many respects and to promote a sustainable development of economy of an autonomy, A.Abdullaev told.
Participants of conference received detailed information on key questions of public policy in the field of energy saving. At conference modern achievements in the sphere of energy saving technologies, experience of obtaining energy from renewable sources, methods and use mechanisms of green tariffs for stimulation of production of electric and thermal energy from alternative sources, innovative and investment mechanisms of energy saving also were discussed.
Within conference passed plenary meetings: Vetroenergetika, energy of a sea wave, Energy saving technologies in a social production and housing and communal services, Prospects of use of local alternative power sources.

According to the Interbranch center vetroenergetiki National academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the territory of our country possesses considerable vetroenergetichesky potential. In total experts allocate seven regions where use of a wind is considered economically expedient – it is Carpathian, Priazovsky, Donbass, West Crimean, Mountain and Crimean and Kerch, and also a zone of the Kharkov and Poltava areas.
By scientists it is proved that at the expense of use of a wind force it is possible to receive the electric power in the volumes, allowing to provide not less than 50 % of the general power consumption of the country! Pragmatists very skeptically estimate the level exposed by scientists. Meanwhile for the account vetroenergetiki Denmark wants to cover to 50 % of the general consumption of energy in the country, Spain – 25 %, Germany - 25-30 %.
It is not excluded that the wind, on a level with coal, once becomes a national strategic resource. Scientists-theorists argue that orientation of power industry to use of coal and a wind will provide to the country independence of import deliveries of energy resources. With it it is possible to argue, however it is not necessary to reject councils of scientists categorically. Besides the leading countries already proved in practice expediency of development vetroenergetiki so high rates.
Experience of these countries, where VES share already reached 5 – 20 % (Spain, Germany, Denmark), showed that development vetroenergetiki is carried out at the expense of the tariff policy stimulating inflow of investments into non-polluting branch. In these countries the "green" electricity tariff (about 7 – 9 cents for kWh) operates, and funds raised in the market leave on VES construction.

In days of carrying out conference on energy saving questions in Simferopol, in SK "Friendship" there passed the XII-th interregional specialized exhibition the Crimea. Building industry. Energy saving. Spring-2008.
The exhibition united record number of participants – 136 leading enterprises of construction, power branches of Ukraine, including the Crimea, Russia and Turkey. They presented krymchanam the latest technologies, materials, the equipment in the field of construction and power. Visitors had possibility to get acquainted with the updated expositions of constant participants of a forum, and also with exhibition stands more than fifty new firms.
The First Deputy Chairman of the board of ministers of AR Krymaziz Abdullaev took part in opening ceremony of an exhibition.
The saturated exposition of an exhibition gave visitors unique opportunity to get acquainted with new offers of the construction and power markets of Ukraine, to establish useful business connections, to exchange experience with colleagues and partners, to sign mutually advantageous contracts.
