The Simferopol mechanical-repair plant as more independently the enterprise it is organized in 1973.
It was under construction for satisfaction of requirement of collective farms and state farms of the Crimea in production and repair of agricultural machinery.
In 1996 the Open joint stock company Simferopol mechanical-repair plant is created.
The enterprise main activity – release of the TYa-200 tractors of "Yarilo" and various soil-cultivating equipment.
More than ten years made by collective plows hoeing plows PLN-5,25,
ploskorezy-rykhlitel PRN-4,1; universal plows cultivators PRVN-2,1 and other specialized equipment, reliably work at fields of the Crimea from its limits.
Popularity was gained at agricultural producers and let out by plant wheel the Yarilo TYa-200 tractor, and also by hook-on disk harrows BDVPA-4,2 "Lada".

Box.: Marina Anatolyevna, we know that you work at plant since 2002, having begun with a position of the chief accountant. It is necessary to be self-assured enough person that through six years of accounting work to charge itself with a heavy burden – to become the director.
M. And.:raboty in collective, by all means you become its part, you see an accurate picture of a state of affairs on production, really you realize possibilities and production prospects. Besides at rendered to me the supervisory board of Society trust, support of colleagues, this burden not seems excessive. Now we carry out production modernization, providing release development novojnomenklatury agricultural machinery, separately we deduce auxiliary production, we mount assembly lines of grain seeders and turnaround plows.
Box.: Tell in more detail, what this equipment represents and, what became the cause for its release?
M. And.:V to the Crimea so far any of the industrial enterprises didn’t undertake this work. Attempt to organize repair and modernization of worn-out grain seeders on floor spaces of JSC Pnevmatika and JSC Krymprodmash didn’t justify itself. And then, after monitoring of load of sowing units taking into account a deterioration of park and a financial condition of a considerable part of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine was carried out, the owner of production of JSC Ukragrokomselmash and made the decision to start release of this equipment on the basis of capacities of our plant.
Seeders SZ-4,5 of "Yarin" and SZ-6,0 "Yarina" are intended for crops on the increased speeds, as melkosmenny cultures (a rape, millet, mustard, a sorghum), and krupnozernovy (a soya, peas), and also cultures of relatives in the sizes and norms of seeding of seeds (flax). The original design of a seeder allows to reach efficiency and reliability of work on seeding of all cultures. Existence of a mechanical reducer allows to receive 72 turnover rate of sowing gear wheels and to provide norm of seeding from 4,0 to 500 kg/hectares. Seeders are equipped with simple and reliable shtiftovy sowing units. The mechanism of copying of a surface of soil gives the chance ideal entering of seeds into soil that provides uniformity of shoots and productivity increase. Disk soshnik with adjustable pressure upon soil effectively work at all views of the soil. Width of row-spacings (12sm) and regulation of norm of seeding of seeds allow to reach frequency vsxozhesti seeds of 5-8 million pieces on hectare. Thanks to reliability of a design efficiency of 50-100 hectares/days, economy of fuels and lubricants of 2-3 l/hectares and 100 % of loading for a model range of YuMZ and MTZ tractors is reached.

M. And.:rasshiry the nomenclature of release of soil-cultivating equipment, we paid attention and to development of plows of new generation. Turnaround hinged plow PNO-4; 0 and PNO-4,1+1 "Veles" are intended for plowing of soil of different types of humidity to 30 %. They are perfectly aggregated with our Yarilo TYa-200 tractors (180l.s.), that allows to reach development to 30 hectares/days. The plow is equipped with the highly reliable turnaround mechanism with an operating time to 6-8 thousand hectares to repair. On it the srezny bolts, protecting cases from breakage are established at big resistance of soil. At hit on rocky breed the plow doesn’t break. For its use on different gruntaxpredusmotrena change of width of capture of each case from 36 to 48 see. All designs and features of a plow allow to carry out a qualitative plowed land and seal of big pozhnivny weight (12-15 t/hectares) without crests.

And.:bessporno, after completion of works on installation of assembly lines and row performance neobxodimyxrabot on production modernization, release of cars and agricultural tools will increase, there will be a possibility to enter the new markets of Ukraine. Production made and collected by us uses sufficient demand. In comparison with podobnymianalogami it is much cheaper than import equipment that makes it more available for domestic agricultural producers. Not the secret that a number of agricultural enterprises, establishes made by our enterprise for our harrows spare parts on the harrows which have been let out by other industrial enterprises.
Created by Ukragrokomselmash in areas of Ukraine the dealer network provides us with stable orders for equipment and spare parts. We not beremdlya performance single orders, however don’t refuse manufacturing of spare parts to soil-cultivating equipment earlier acquired at us.

Since 2008 in the list of 30 % of compensation of cost of domestic equipment are included also harrows BDVPA-4,2 "Lada" that gives the chance to get the Yarilo TYa-200 tractor and these harrows are much cheaper.
We are interested in increase of reliability of work of our equipment. The enterprise has a possibility to train machine operators on the base. In necessary cases we send the experts for equipment control directly to farms.
