Rural tourism about which now write newspapers much, started to develop and at us in the Crimea. In the Bakhchsarai area it is already open for rest of the visiting tourists, the ancient estate located near Grand Canyon where the full board is provided, is osloferma, offering to vacationers driving on burros on mountain routes, the fishing village Black stones which organizers offer tourists not only fishing, but also firing from hunting guns, driving on ATVs and other services.

On February 15-17, 2008 in Bakhchisarai and in villages of the area took place organized by the Union of assistance to development of rural green tourism in the Crimea (the chairman of the board – N.N.Gordetskaya) an exit seminar Rural tourism: problems and ways of their decision.
Representatives of the Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Lvov areas and the Crimean autonomy became participants of a seminar. At a seminar there were experts of Public service of resorts and tourism of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of AR Crimea, the Ministry of resorts and tourism of AR Crimea, the Ministry of culture and arts of AR Crimea, Homestead Association and land owners of the Crimea, the Bakhchsarai district state administration.
Rural tourism – the multipurpose activity based on uniqueness of the concrete rural region which can be agricultural activity traditional for this district, ethnic or cultural sights, natural riches, national color.
Objects of rural tourism are assumed by existence of pure ecology of the district, the kept national traditions and culture monuments, national crafts, local food and a gastronomy. An indispensable condition are hospitality service, the individual relation to each tourist, possibility of quiet and peaceful "rural" accommodation, and thus guaranteed quality standards of all types of household, transport, medical services and a safety maximum.
In the conditions of increase of productivity of agricultural work at the expense of introduction of new agrarian technologies and equipment which involve liberation from direct agricultural activity of considerable number of able-bodied rural population, development of objects of rural tourism can promote effective revival of depressive territories, and, therefore, fixing of locals on the village. After all rural tourism gives the chance not only to offer the interested consumer additional types of rest, improvement and satisfaction of informative interest, but also, offering workplaces for local population, is capable to make the significant contribution to a sustainable development of the village.
Demonstration of the villages of the Bakhchsarai area of tourist services organized in inhabitants was included in the program of a seminar.
In Mnogorechye’s village of the Bakhchsarai area the estate belonging to V.T.Yaroshevich was presented to participants of a seminar located in an exotic place near Grand Canyon of the Crimea. Rest here assumes a full board, and use it 9 people can obnovremenno.
Business owner Pomogalov contains in Zalesnoye’s village of the Bakhchsarai area on osloferme 48 donkeys of Kenyan breed. A half of them use for driving by top on mountain routes near the mountain Mangup. This type of rest and tourism causes high interest in people. On a farm it is possible to acquire the young growth, one young burro costs about 2500 hryvnias.
In Holmovk’s village of the Bakhchsarai area participants of a seminar visited the fishing village Black stones which organizers offer a complex of services in the leisure organization: bench firing from the hunting weapon, fishing, driving on ATVs. Guests are waited here by separate lodges and a sauna. The complex is created and gradually develops on unsuitable lands for intensive agriculture. The main part of the working personnel – inhabitants of the nearby village.
Rural tourism does both in the Crimea, and in Ukraine as a whole only the first steps. It is not necessary to think that this kind of activity practically doesn’t demand under itself financial investments as it often is represented at first sight. Though that fact that number of the consumers interested in such rest constantly and multiply grows around the world, really is statistically confirmed, to involve visitors on objects of rural tourism it is possible only the offer accompanied by granting a complex of high-quality household, transport, entertaining services of modern consumer level. And the organization of it, of course, demands certain expenses.
And, nevertheless, the main appeal necessary for development of concrete object of rural tourism, lies in an originality, a certain uniqueness of the offer if want – in its traditional not traditional character. And it assumes existence of such qualities at organizers of tourist object, as ability to overstep the bounds of the ordinary and habitualness and creative passion. Well, that-that, and this good at our fellow citizens in prosperity.
