Advantages of a sprayer with an air sleeve

In this article it is a question of advantages with an air sleeve before a usual sprayer. It provides the best and better processing of those parts of plants where there is a most part of wreckers and causative agents of diseases. The sprayer can effectively work at speed of a wind 8-10M/with at speed to 15km/hour while with a usual sprayer work at speed to 5-8km/hour.
Thanks to air sleeves the sneseniye of chemicals decreases, and it allows to reduce norm of their introduction to 30-50 % and concentration of working solution to 16 %. Higher cost of a sprayer an air sleeve is compensated by considerable reduction of expenses by hectare. The sprayer can pay off for one season.

The sprayer with an air sleeve eliminates typical problems of spraying.

1. Improvement of coverings of plants and penetration of chemicals

During processing by a usual sprayer the most part of chemicals settles on a surface of plants and on the top party of leaves. Thus their bottom party is covered with chemicals much less.

The majority of wreckers and causative agents of diseases "love" the lower part of plants and the bottom party of leaves. That processing was the most qualitative, it is necessary to increase norms of introduction, and it demands an extra time on sprayer filling.

The sprayer with an air sleeve eliminates these shortcomings. It provides the best and better processing of those parts of plants where there is a most part of wreckers and causative agents of diseases. The air stream which leaves openings in sleeves, loosens plants and overturns leaves of plants so that the bottom party gets under a stream of the sprayed pesticides. Dispersion of chemicals on drops of the smaller size which essentially improve a covering of plants is provided. On them settles more chemicals, than in operating time a usual sprayer.

2. Reduction of a sneseniye of chemicals by a wind and timeliness of processing

For usual sprayers small speed of subsidence of drops by gravity is characteristic. At speed of a wind over 4-5 m/s the sneseniye of drops can increase to a limit, then it is recommended to stop spraying, i.e. processing appears inefficient, it is necessary to transfer processing terms. The delay with spraying for one or several days because of a wind can lead to considerable yield losses.

At work with an air sleeve terms of processing are transferred much less often. The sprayer can effectively work at speed of a wind of 8-10 m/s. Thus very short optimum period of processing of crops when wreckers and weeds are most sensitive even to a small dose of chemicals is observed.

On the average during the season the sprayer with an air sleeve can work twice more long, than usual. It not only saves working hours, and and eliminates losses of chemicals because of a sneseniye, has big productivity and less, than usual, depends on weather conditions.

3. Increase of productivity of work.

In case of processing by a usual sprayer the increase in speed of movement of the unit conducts to increase in a sneseniye of drops in comparison with work in a usual range of speeds – 5-8 km/h. The sprayer with an air sleeve can work at speed to 15 km/h. Speed depends on a type of plants, their height and crops density, and also from speed of a wind and working conditions. Thanks to reduction of a sneseniye of chemicals, there is a possibility to reduce norm of their introduction to 30-50 % and concentration of working solution to 16 %. The norm of introduction fluctuates within 50-200 l/hectares that approximately for 50 % it is less, than it is necessary at usual sprayers. For effective spraying by the reduced dose of chemicals it is necessary to fulfill two requirements: spraying to spend in due time; to use a sprayer which guarantees uniform distribution of working solution. It increases biological effect of application of pesticides and gives the chance to reduce doses of introduction of chemicals.

Thanks to decrease in norm of introduction, and respectively, and to reduction of an idle time of a sprayer on filling (25 % of total of working hours at a usual sprayer), the highest speed of movement, the sprayer with an air sleeve has almost twice the highest productivity against the usual.

4. Economy of means.

Possibility of reduction of norm of use of introduction of chemicals of smaller concentration, high working speed give the chance to save essentially on the general costs of spraying (fuels and lubricants, pesticides, expenses of work, etc.) and to increase profitability of cultivation of cultures.

High efficiency of spraying promotes also to reduction of number of spraying during the season. Higher cost of a sprayer with an air sleeve is compensated by considerable reduction of expenses by hectare. The sprayer can pay off for one season.

5. Environmental pollution reduction.

Considerable reduction of a sneseniye is very important, when there is a question of potential pollution of the next fields or reservoirs. Sprayer use with an air sleeve reduces negative influence on environment and the person.
